Clean and close to the beach. They also gave perfect instructions to get in the room because we were late 2am

Highly recommended hotel for a few days exploring Tel Aviv. The place is ideally located and very quiet while close to the beach and city centre. Staff very friendly and attentive

As much as I want to get this hotel, perfect rating on everything, there were a few minor details that could have been improved. The hotel was very nice and the front desk staff were amazingly friendly, the rooms were beautiful but housekeeping left some to be wished for. The rooms didn’t have adequate garbage cans and the cleaning staff even when they cleaned the room did not remove garbage from the room on a regular basis. To be fair I am always, so I’m not critical when hotel check out earlier than 12 especially when check-in times aren’t accommodating. The concept of the hotel is amazing and the rooms are nice but I feel like there is still something to be desired. Id definitely stay again though. Cost to benefit value is nice

Good hotel close to beach, restaurants and stores. Friendly staff, clean room , good size bathroom with good water pressure and in a safe location.also good WiFi and budget friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel started smelling half way through the stay, whatever sticks they used to mask the smell wore off. Housecleaning missed one day, not changing sheets it was folded instead when bed sheets were asked to be changed the first night.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a huge market right next door. The owners are unbelievably kind, and will do anything they can to help you.

Very basic facilities, but good location and helpful staff. Rooms are decent size but in serious need of renovation. Lobby and hallways are unappealing.

Due to my own stupidity, I booked the wrong room. I simply didn’t read the further details section. My fault entirely. But still, the staff at H7 hotel made it their problem and found a more than satisfactory solution the next morning. This saved me. I’m still grateful. I can highly recommend this hotel as it is central, clean, quiet and very easy going. Free coffee, tea, water and sweets at reception. Also the reception is open until 2am in the morning, which I like. Staff is very helpful and does everything to make your Tel Aviv experience a good one!

You can walk to restaurants, shopping, to beach, anywhere. Not far from airport. Its a great way to live with the locals & really get a feel for Tel Aviv. The staff were so sweet and accommodating.

The property was OK. The reception desk manager was friendly and very cooperative.

Very good service and excellent customer service. My only issue was the very small elevator. We had a lot of luggage as we were travelling for 2 weeks so it made it very tight.

Excellent staff! The hotel has a room to hold luggage for a few hours and sitting area. There was coffee available upon arrival. Clean rooms, we had a kitchen sink and refrigerator. There is a market next door. Its not a fancy hotel, narrow elevator, but it was fine for a few days.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The staff was like a family and took great care for my parents. They helped, had recommendations, and were all the time lovely and kind. Everything was clean, neat and whenever there was a question, the solutions and answer followed in a second. Cannot thank enough! We will definitely come back sure! Highly recommended!

Lovely stay! Ms. Dana at the front desk was so kind and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The location was great, short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was superb, short walk to the beach ( a deal breaker for us) grocery stores and coffee shops. The place is an older building, don’t expect perfect conditions, but it’s clean, good size rooms, nice beds, good pillows ( very important). Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate their kindness. Would stay there again if ever back to the city.

Nice place nice people

Great central location and safe area, close to the beach and other happening places in Tel Aviv. Staff was super friendly and very helpful in our particular situation. If we had a chance we would go back to the same place.
