The hotel itself was fine. It was very clean. Staff, for the most part, was good and very nice.
The manager turned us away, and put us on the "do not rent" list. Fortunately, we had a backup option for where to stay. We did not do anything wrong.

Overall, the furnishings, location, and cleanliness is good .. the staff is very nice and attentive to help address any concerns
The bed mattress may not be my preference but I was able to still sleep fairly well

Dogs because of the way the owners handled them, the (BIG) dogs should not be on the elevator

Not having a front desk attendant. Having to call someone to come to check you in. Elevator was not working. Bathroom facilities were locked on the main level. Just not a welcoming experience.

Location and access
Front Desk services, takes long to get attention even after ringing the bell. Manager was right there and ignored the bell.

Bryant and Izzy are the two most helpful nicest people I have come across in a very long time. It has been a pleasure staying here.
