The people were lovely
The carpet was horrible, very dirty and a ball of hair in the middle of the room. Wasn’t very nice

at the end of a long road trip. Clean and spacious room and bathroom.

The couch was torn and had dirty head and hand patches.
The rooms are very out dated.
Even though prepaid was required to put my credit card details on paper form. No mini bar so don’t know why this was required

Location good, walking distance to the town centre
Shame that there was no servicing of the room during the weekend.

The location was great you could walk to most areas close to the cbd. It was on the highway but was super quiet.
The room was a good size with a couch which was a great, also had a microwave which was terrific. The shower was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful and there if you needed them. Overall our stay was great and yes we would book this one again.
Parking on Saturday night was crowded but managed to find a spot up the other end.

There is a clicking noise in the walls or from the bathroom that happens all night long. Both rooms had this even though they were far apart from each other.

location and facilities in room, spacious-2br apartment. The staff and owner were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Few things to note-Need to have washcloth in kitchen and the washing up liquid was empty, need a whisk in kitchen, bin liners so I could empty bin and replace. Just constructive feedback. Enjoyed my stay

Large rooms heaps of space. The beds were beautiful and clean and comfortable the room had mostly what we needed to cook and have a meal in.
Not enough car spaces for everyone.Floor inside our room was dirty. When I took my white socks off they were dirty on the soles. The kicker was I had to wash everything I planned on using as the cups and cutlery had been put back dirty. But that may have been because they had nothing to scrub anything clean. Another real safety concern was that next to our room was the laundry which had a back door opening up to a back street and the public. Then there was a manhole in this laundry which anyone could access then drop down into our bathroom from our manhole. This was such a concern that I locked that door! Obviously there have been issues because in this particular area they have put up security cameras.

As you’ve asked, and I know this is a bit of a picky comment, the carpet in bedrooms is showing its age, looked worn & dirty/stains.

We booked two rooms, a queen room and the two bedroom apartment. Really didn't need the queen room. We could have all fitted in the one room, but it was quiet, comfy and clean.
