Absolutely nothing!

I made a booking for a sea view room with an extra-large double bed at this hotel 15 days before my arrival. Upon arrival, we were asked to make the payment upfront before being shown to our room. To our disappointment, the room had no sea view and featured two separate single beds. Despite bringing up the issue, we were offered a basement floor room at the end of a poorly lit corridor next to the cleaning area, still without a sea view and with two single beds pushed together. Despite my insistence on receiving the room we had paid for - a sea view with a double bed - Mr. Orhan, the staff member we dealt with, continuously brushed off the situation, claiming the hotel was fully booked, which was clearly untrue given the visibly low occupancy. He suggested we could stay in the current room for a day and promised to assist us the following day. Reluctantly, we accepted this offer with the condition of a room change the next day. However, the room we were provided had its own set of issues: a broken shower head, dead flies on the walls, no towels, and a malfunctioning lamp. The next day, when I approached reception to discuss our room situation, Mr. Orhan refused to assist further, insisting that they had already changed our room the day before and I have been told that he doesn't have to give us a room that isn't next to the cleaning room... This level of service and attitude from a supposed 4-star hotel was appalling. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, I was met with dismissiveness and lies. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. To add to our frustrations, the hotel experienced water disconnection so we were unable to have a shower that was another stressing issue. As someone who wanted to showcase Turkish hospitality to my girlfriend, my experience at this hotel left me deeply embarrassed. I would strongly advise against staying here and urge others to avoid it at all costs!

Probably the worst service I have ever seen in Bodrum. The checking was not on time and my friend had to wait extra 30 min but on the checkout day they called us to remind „NOT TO BE LATE“ which iwas anyway 11:30 am. Another day They forgot their cleaning products in the room. The beach part is nice but the prices are ridiculous. Since Im local didn’t have a problem with the language but I have witnessed foreign guests struggling with the communication . As a summary I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you don’t have any other option. Bodrum has great hotels with great services and here is not one of them.

Each meal was a delight, thanks to the high-quality ingredients and the skillful preparation by the kitchen staff.However, what truly set this resort apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They were not just kind and helpful; they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I would like to extend my special thanks to Esra from guest relations, who was always there to assist with a smile and make my stay even more pleasant. Ayşe, the waiter, deserves a mention for serving the best coffee I've had in a while, turning each morning into a delightful experience. Lastly, Devran, another outstanding waiter, made sure that our table was always equipped with everything we needed, enhancing our dining experience with his attentive and courteous service.I wholeheartedly recommend the Holiday Inn Resort to anyone looking for a place to stay that combines luxury with a personal touch. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the resort's operation, making it a standout choice for both leisure and business travelers. 1. Локация. Надо четко понимать, что отель расположен на холме между Бодрумом и Гюмбетом (рядом с мельницами) . Для любителей хайкинга - это плюс, для остальных - только такси. Но виды потрясающие. Однако если идти пешком, то по обоим склонам холма всё загажено мусором и битыми склянками (( 2. Вид из номера на о.Кос, вид с террасы ресторана - на Бодрум и крепость. Я читала в отзывах, что из номера вид на крепость, но нет, только на Кос. 3. На завтраках был апельсиновый фрэш. Это прям + )) 4. Стильные номера 5. Русскоязычный персонал на ресепшене

1. Ужасная уборка. Мы несколько раз обращали на это внимание, уборка повторялась, но суть не менялась - как были чьи-то волосы между тумбой и кроватью и в углу столешницы в ванной - так и остались, также и клубы пыли в углах. Да и пыль на изголовье кровати и ТВ также никуда не делась. 2. Сантехника в душевой - не только самая дешевая, но и изрядно ржавая. 3. В марте инфраструктура отеля работала только на верхних ярусах. Остальное, в т.ч. фуникулер - не работало. Территория возле моря также была в заброшенном состоянии. Об этом мы узнали только при заселении. Хотя письмо о том, что в "зимний сезон" в отеле только завтраки - мы получили. 4. При заселении спросили сразу про такси на выезд в аэропорт. Нам предложили 2 варианта - официальный за 1400 лир и частника за 1000 лир. На станции такси мы спокойно заказали официальное такси. Все четко, прекрасно добрались и обошлось в чуть менее 1000 лир)) 5. Завтраки. Были только на 2-х. Одно и тоже. 3-й завтрак не посещали из-за раннего выезда. Ланч-бокс не предусмотрен. 6. Кондиционер не работал. Об этом мы уже не сообщали, тк 3 дня и так обошлись. Но это говорит о том, что номера не готовы в полной мере к заселению. И это март с единичными гостями. 7. Ресторан. Паста вкусная. Бургеры.. Вы ели когда-нибудь солёные огурцы с запахом и вкусом рыбы? Мы - нет. И не стали их есть от расстройства желудка подальше. За суп сверху приписали 40 лир. Пустяк, но дьявол как всегда в мелочах. 8. Халаты. Не было ощущения чистой вещи.
