Justin, Julie (and Arthur!) were all fantastic. From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and Justin was eager to help us with recommendations both within St Ives and the local area. The property was beautiful, a real home-from-home! Location was perfect, a quick walk down the hill and you were exactly where you wanted to be. Special recommendation for vegetarians/vegans, the breakfast is the best we have ever had! Julie's homemade sausages were incredible and she was even kind enough to provide us with her recipe, with the scrambled tofu topping off a perfect breakfast. Would highly recommend The Olive Branch to anyone who wishes to visit St Ives.

There was nothing we have to dislike

The Olive Branch is great. Everything is well presented and well run. The hosts are fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, Julie deserves praise for her eggs, I tried scrambled, fried, and poached they were all great! We stayed for three nights in March 2022 (just as the country was emerging from the COVID19 restrictions) the stay was comfortable, and enjoyable.

The hosts were very kind and informative. The breakfast was the best part of the day. The view from room was amazing. The dog was so friendly. It was great experience and skills would definitely recommend.

The olive branch is in an excellent area of st ives providing a great base for series walking or just wandering in the local area. The house is immaculately presented and themed, the breakfasts are beautifully cooked with a wide selection of options.

A fantastic clean, comfortable and well situated B&B. Justin and Julie were incredibly good hosts providing impeccable comms, local knowledge and the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, food was always served hot and freshly made. The staff were extremely helpful, always friendly and made you feel welcome. Location was great for the town and for walking the coastal paths.

Justin & Julie were wonderfull, so friendly and helpfull, nothing was too much trouble and with tips on what to do, not only in St Ives but around the West of Cornwall and the best way to get there! Our room was bright and comfortable and spotlessly clean and so welcoming to come back to each evening. And the breakfasts were so nice, especially Waffle Wednesday, it was a shame when they ended each morning? We will definitely be returning!!! Thank you,

Our stay at the Olive Branch was relaxing and enjoyable. Julie was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome.Our bedroom was airy and light and just what we needed for our holiday. There was an excellent choice on the breakfast menu which was really lovely and the waffle wednesday was to die for. Would definately return to the Olive Branch and recommend to friends.
