Tiny room and tiny bathroom, almost claustrophobic.

Chipped paint on sink counter.
Steep staircase to climb wt luggages and no lift.
High room prices.
Breakfast costs 15euros but food quite passable quality and impersonal atmosphere.
Room door design slam loudly every time guests close it. Very unpleasant and startling noise.
Old facilities look depressing inside and outside, need serious renovations.

Amazing location. Staff could not be more helpful - ferry docked late and staff stayed back to help us checkin and make sure our bikes were secure.

What a lovely hotel! Lovely staff who were so helpful, even when we had to change some plans abruptly, they did everything they could to help us.
The location is absolutely perfect too. If you're staying in Caen for a break, this hotel is just perfect!

Small shower and bathroom (no bathtub although the listing says so). Very basic breakfast, probably better to eat one in a cafe around.

Very good location and secure parking
Bathroom light worked with sensor and even though no one was in the bathroom the light came on several times throughout the night which was very disturbing

The room was very warm. Shower cubicle to small. Had to have door open to be able to wash / bend down to get shower gel.Shutter button on bed not near window .

All went well, great location, central and quiet at the same time, just a walking distance from all major landmarks

Excellent, spacious and clean quadruple room.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
We then wanted to stay another night and ended up with 2 small doubles on 5th floor.
Not nearly as good an experience. Sliding door to one of the bathrooms so
limited privacy, shower head and soap dispenser needed sorting out.
