The location

It was smaller room then previous before. Kinda felt disappointed as I got the previous time facing the Wisma taiko and field side. Just didn’t like the one facing the river.

I needed.an affordable safe place to stay for the night. This fit the bill. Clean neat rooms. There is a 7/11 on the premises so you can buy anything you need. The hotel is being renovated so this review might not be a reflection of what it's like when they are fully operational. Very central location.

The hotel has no driveway. You are basically stopping on the main road. Parking is also limited. The surrounding area is quite deserted at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are pleasant.

The location is central, just walking distance to Concubine Lane. The room is clean and well designed. Looks new too. Near to train station too.

Parking is a problem.

Parking space provided however limited. Room entertainment is good, and comes with free movies.

Bedding arrangement is very minimal and provided with one thin pillow each.

Clean and comfortable with nice mattress. Nice view from the room.

Hotel entrance very close to main road.

旧市街に近いうえに、とても落ち着いた雰囲気が保たれていました。また、スタッフがとても親切でした。

・駐車場に行きにくさ。 ・部屋に冷蔵庫があれば、もっとよい。

The location is just in the intersection towards old town and new town. Very close to the train station as well. Tricky to navigate if hauling suitcases but ok if carrying a backpack only. Front desk ordered a Grab to the train station for RM 5 only. There is a security by the door who was always ready to open the doors for you. Very helpful if you have suitcases to haul in and out.

Das Hotel ist super. In der Lobby ist ein 7eleven. Alles sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral.

The location is good. Only 10 minute walking distance from nearby Ipoh railway station. Also lots of cafes, pub and restaurants are available just opposite the road. Chinese restaurants are more in number along with Indian and locals.

They don't give you any extra towel or any option to put just outside the washroom. Therefore every time when you come out of the bathroom, the room usually get wet and no option is left for you to wipe the water. Management should think about it.

Room is comfort and I like the guard service at there.

The check in process and shouldn't allowed the guest extended the check out time if there is any group event on that day and this is to avoid when the new guest would like to check in early and we unable to do so as the cleaner need to rush and clean up. We have baby and the parents which trying want to rest and not able to rest after travelling so far..and more worst is the hotel manager which is just walk walk and not giving any help to the staff and only Hakeem and the another trainee help out for the check in and out process and this included the group event guest. Second, the parking is worst...limited parking space and if you plan to go out suggest you get a Grab instead drive yourself as you unable to get your parking if you come back late.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean.

There was no fridge even when the room description says it provides one. Initially received a call from the reception when I entered the room, but I guess it was the trainee so he asked how was my stay and immediately put down the phone while citing some "script" about me having a good stay. I was really perplexed as I was about to asked him about the fridge. During checkout, checked with the counter but the staff was new and seemed unbothered to at least say sorry about not having the fridge. It wasn't a big deal but they could have at least said sorry. The hospitality. Bad.

Great location, affordable price, professional & friendly front desk.

I would say everything was great, but the previous visitor was smoking inside the hotel room, there’s slight smell of cigarette smoke left in the hotel room. Mentioned that to the front desk. The front desk manager responded to my query professionally. 👍🏻

Overall it was ok. Clean & comfy enough.

Parking. As there's limited parking space the hotel had to resort to a double deck parking system. Those at the top is out of luck if u want to drive out for whatever reason quickly as u now have to wait for the bottom car to be moved out first...

Strategy location. Walking distance to most of the famous food places. I got 1 double bed n 1 single bed in my room. Double bed is too soft for me. Single bed is quite good.
