Esta increíble villa tiene una hermosa vista al mar desde el piso de arriba y está ubicada en la zona de lujo de Malmok. ¡Está a solo unos pasos de la hermosa playa de Boca Catalina! Las aguas cristalinas y tranquilas hacen de este un lugar ideal para nadar y bucear ... ¡y las puestas de sol de Aruba desde esta playa son increíbles! Esta villa está convenientemente ubicada a 5 minutos en coche de la zona hotelera de gran altura, restaurantes, casinos, supermercados y vida nocturna.
Nuestra Villa Jardín se llama así por sus exuberantes jardines meticulosamente cuidados y hermosos, que incluyen una impresionante variedad de palmeras para el auténtico ambiente de la isla. Nuestra gran propiedad cercada tiene una piscina privada, un mirador, un patio cubierto con un comedor y sala de estar al aire libre, una parrilla de gas y una lavandería completamente equipada con lavadora y secadora. Todo el patio trasero, incluyendo el área de la piscina, el área del patio y el mirador tiene luces para disfrutar de la noche.
Nuestra encantadora villa tiene 3 dormitorios, cada uno con su propio cuarto de baño. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la parte superior del amplio balcón envolvente, al que se accede desde el patio. Tiene una cama king size y una hermosa vista al mar! Desde el balcón se accede desde el patio, la vista panorámica puede ser disfrutada por todos los huéspedes. La cocina y las 2 habitaciones de huéspedes se encuentran en el primer piso. El dormitorio de la piscina es como un segundo maestro con una cama king size. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen size. Nuestra casa duerme cómodamente 8 personas. La cocina de granito incluye un refrigerador grande con máquina de hielo, lavaplatos, cocina a gas, horno, microondas, tostadora y cafetera. Viene completo con platos, vasos, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes. La cocina y cada habitación tiene su propio aire acondicionado y TV. La casa también cuenta con internet, cable, sistema de alarma y caja fuerte en cada habitación.
Ya que estamos ubicados a solo unos pasos de la playa de Boca Catalina, ofrecemos sillas de playa, toallas de playa y refrigeradores para que nuestros huéspedes los lleven a la playa.
Tenga en cuenta que estamos vendiendo nuestra semana de Navidad y Año Nuevo como dos semanas separadas o ambas juntas. Semana de Navidad del 20/21 al 28/29 de diciembre y Semana de Año Nuevo del 28/29 de diciembre al 3 de enero. No aceptaremos registros el 25, 26 de diciembre o el 1 de enero.

Although some new property construction is now taking place west of the property that will restrict some ocean views, the top floor suite and patio still has a very nice view of the beach and ocean. The location is a very short walk across the street to Boca Catalina beach, and the property overall is very well appointed and maintained. We will return.

Our week at Garden Villa was exceptional. The property exceeded our expectations for everything from the furnishings, garden, pool, master suite with ocean view to the well equipped kitchen. Everything you could need along with a great location. Walk to Boca Catalina and quick trip to Arashi. Will definitely come back as I never wanted leave. Thanks for having us and letting us enjoy your wonderful property.

We stayed for a week in January. This house is in best part of Aruba. We went all over the island and this was our favorite part. The backyard is amazing!!!!!! The top suite was beautiful and we had so much room even for 7 people. We were met at house and showed were everything was. Everyone was so nice and answered our questions when we come back this will definitely be a place we will stay again!! Be sure to go right around corner to Arashi beach!! Their bar is amazing, and one of the prettiest beaches we visited!!

First, let me say, this is the home of your dreams…anywhere you live.
Now place in one of the most perfect spots on the paradise of Aruba and it’s the home of your island dreams.
Three very comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. All air-conditions and super comfortable with ample closet space.
There's a cozy living room area and, in my opinion, one of the best appointed kitchens of any rental property I’ve stayed in Aruba. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, anything you need. There’s also a table in the kitchen area as well if you want to dine inside.
The outdoor area is wonderful. Lots of cozy nooks to relax, a gazebo to chill out and unwind, and a dining table for outside meals. (Note: there’s a grill as well!)
The pool is amazing and good size for floating and relaxing…plenty of lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower as well.
There were plenty of beach accessories including beach chairs, floaties and even snorkel gear.
The hosts Matthew and Anna were very communicative, buttoned up and thoughtful.
Anouschka, our point of contact, was a gem…meeting us at the property, giving us all the details and a tour, and checking up on us regularly to make sure we were taken care of.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The house is on a quiet street, literally steps from gorgeous Boca Catalina and Tres Trapi. Arashi beach is super close as well.
Being in Noord, you have an ideal jumping-off spot to explore the lighthouse, California Dunes, and the beautifully rugged North coast.
The main hotel area is just a few minutes drive.
If you want to have a comfortable, affordable, special family or group friend Aruba trip, look no further!

I, along with my husband, sister and brother-in-law booked this villa to stay in while in Aruba. The pictures don't do it justice! It is clean, well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Towels (beach included) beach chairs, floaties for the pool, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs! I could go on. We were at the house just relaxing as much as we went out to explore! To say we enjoyed ourselves is an understatement! Shout out to Anushka who answered my texts immediately when there was a question. Thanks Matthew for answering all my questions before arrival. Book it, it's great!

Our first time in Aruba was spectacular...and this beautiful home was a big part of it! We were WOWED the moment we walked in! The pictures and description online are exactly what you get...actually it's even better in person! Very clean, beautiful landscape, everything you need including a grill, laundry, towels, pool floats, chairs. They have everything! We had 4 adults and we very much enjoyed the outdoor TV area each night, along with the pool. The location is the best of the best with Boca Catalina Beach a short 3 minute walk (this beach has great snorkeling). We loved the privacy!

The outside is very inviting. The pool is awesome, although it was surprisingly a little chilly for my 50-year-old bones at night. We are already planning a return visit and when we do, we would gladly stay here again.

Awesome location - just steps from the beach and close to arashi beach. The house is clean and has every commodity in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Well stocked with chairs, towels and floats for the water. The manager responded to texts very quickly.
Always wear shoes because any water on the tiles outside will land you on the ground. We all experienced this. Showers are great tho the hot water runs out fast. We stayed 10 days. Room service at least once would have been nice. There was no broom so the floors were pretty dirty toward the middle of the stay.
Still give it 5 stars. Would definitely come back!!

This was our first time to Aruba and we loved it. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. Its on a quiet street, only a very short walk away from the beach. It had everything we needed and the manager was quick to respond to messages and everyone we dealt with was friendly. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Outstanding accessibility to all island activities. Very functional kitchen, appliances in excellent condition. The pool was clean and great to have on the property. Absolutely would stay again and refer others!

Loved the location! out of the way of the busy hotels. We were able to walk to the beach and snorkel. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating.
