Lovely two bedroom duplex on golf course was great for our ski vacation. 35 minute drive to Arizona Snowbowl. Nicely furnished. Would definitely recommend.

Unit was not clean throughout. Sofa smells, bed sheets were not clean, dirty dishes in cabinets, etc. Very loud recurring noise one night from hours of 11pm-9am which prevented entire family from sleeping. Owner would not refund that night or rest of trip so we risked same noise by staying and were lucky to not hear again. We suspect owner has a major plumbing issue causing noise but not sure. Owner refused to send professional assistance to assess the situation and said he couldn’t make it up himself. Poor experience.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Flagstaff home. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was quick to respond and always helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, well kept, and conveniently located to hiking trails and restaurants.

Excellent location to get to fun places/restaurants in Flagstaff, and also to do trips in the surrounding area. Nicely furnished, comfy couches, deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening star gazing. Without A/C it might get a tad warm in the extreme heat, but owner has provided fans. Will tag this as a top choice for future visits.

Overall, the place was comfy. Pet friendly in the area, owner had some things already stocked there that you didn't need to pack up and bring with you (i.e, paper towels, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, etc). The only negative thing about this place was the second room and the small beds. Would be hard for an adult to stay comfortable in those rooms. Also, the lining was a little outdated. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

This cozy rental met our family needs for our short stay in Flagstaff. It was well stocked with all necessary amenities, located just a few minutes from downtown, was pet friendly, and a comfortable place for our family to relax for a few days. The owners were great with communication and very informative, esp prior to arrival. Thanks for your hospitality!

Nice and quiet. Good place to stay away from downtown. But not far, 10 minute drive to restaurants in downtown Flagstaff.

The house way clean and well equipped. Grocery shopping is nearby. Paul was a great host and answered to my queries very fast.

Not what was represented in photos. It was not the same property as advertised. Confusing door lock system with no directions. Was not cleaned - sinks, bed side table, not clean. Sheets on twin were so rough & washed/dried with such strong detergent, I had to take off bed first night. Would not recommend.

This was the perfect space for a little getaway with my kids. Plenty of space to be together and to have separate time. Well stocked kitchen (we like to cook), and fun to watch movies, and have remote controlled fireplaces. Paul made himself available for anything we needed. We'll be back!

This townhome was in a very convenient location for helping my daughter move into her apartment on the NAU campus while doing a tiny bit of sightseeing in the process. (We hiked Cathedral Rock.) This was a very comfortable "fit" for a family of four with a dog. We loved the sky lighting in the bathroom and the cozy electric "fireplaces". The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils. We only wished we could have used the grill on the porch. As it was, my husband learned how to broil steaks instead. I consider that a worthy lesson to learn since I don't like to deal with meat. All in all it was a positive experience and we would appreciate being able to use this space again in the future if possible.

This place has everything you need & more. I mean it has 2 Keurig coffee makers and a Mr Coffee. What more do you need? Sitting outside at night is just a relaxing experience. The master bath is nice, complete with the same sink hardware we have in our house.

Everything was clean and as-advertized. All our needs were met. If I had to be picky there were a few minor things - mostly small maintenance items (gate latching issues, front patio door doesn't close properly) and we got multiple emails about the checkout process throughout the week which was a little annoying. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.

We had a small spider issue during our stay ... 6 large spiders. Lots of spider webs around the property including the next door neighbors. Owners notified so this can be rectified. We really like staying here however and hope to in the future.

We love the location of this property. It is within walking distance to the Continental Country Club Club House as well as to the driving range and a 9 hole pitch & putt course. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants grocery stores, hiking trails and other points of interest.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay and hope to do it again next year. The home has everything you need and the location is beautiful and easy to get anywhere.
