Si buscas nostalgia, esta es la casa. Construido a principios de 1900, tiene capacidad para hasta 16 personas. Tiene vista al mar desde tres habitaciones, además de las siguientes actualizaciones; Cocina y baños remodelados. Nueva alfombra y pisos en toda la casa. La casa está ubicada en el lado norte de Seaside en 235 12th Ave.
Esta casa ofrece acceso inalámbrico a Internet, dos salas de estar grandes y un excelente estacionamiento en la calle para hasta cuatro autos. También hay un bonito patio trasero y terraza para disfrutar con una parrilla de gas. Ubicado a media cuadra de la playa, ¡los paseos por el paseo marítimo son imprescindibles! Solo tenga en cuenta que esta casa tiene tres pisos de altura, por lo que hay muchas escaleras para considerar.
Una sala de estar se completa con una chimenea de gas y excelentes vistas al océano. El segundo salón cuenta con TV y 2 sofás. Hay seis habitaciones con una cama queen en cada una. El séptimo dormitorio tiene una reina y dos camas individuales. El dormitorio en el tercer piso tiene su propio baño privado. También hay un área de lectura privada en el tercer piso. The place was perfect for our group and close to the beach.

Our stay was only for one night but the host was willing to work with us regarding check in and out times and the house was perfectly set up for kids and adults a like.

This home was a perfect size for a family of 12 and a great location. Just steps away from the beach and the Prom. Multiple living spaces to be able to spread everyone out. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay for our annual family Christmas. We used to rent the house next door, but as our family grew we needed the extra rooms. This was the perfect solution with comfortable beds and it was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We sure enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Lots of room, plenty of bedrooms and living space for our family of 10! Enjoyed the clean home and well stocked kitchen. The only minor drawback was that there was no heat in the upstairs where the bedrooms were located, otherwise, plenty of heat downstairs with the gas fireplace and heater. But we were comfortable enough (our 87 year old parents were a little too cold).
Would love to stay here again!!

Had a Fantastic stay, beds were super comfy nicely laid out kitchen super easy to walk to the beach and down to the 12th street bridge, our only complaint is the narrow driveway with using a longer truck

We love this house!! Perfect for our yearly weekend admin retreat. Loved that we could each have our own room.
Only negative was the cooking stove. It was not level and it made it tricky to cook for anything that required a fry pan - like omlets. It was a balancing act to get the egg part to be evening distributed during the cooking process but otherwise the kitchen came fully stock with everything we needed for cooking, eating, etc.

Our stay was amazing. The house was perfect for a friends weeekend. There was several places for us to sit and catch up. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The access to the beach was close and you could see the ocean from certain rooms. Overall, this property was amazing and all of us would stay there again.

Great beach access. Very comfortable home. We loved having 7 bedrooms for our large group. Plenty of parking in the back. Nice back and front decks for gathering.

Beautifully maintained and outfitted home just a short walk to the beach. Great for a large family, comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements. A great value with everything you can ask for to make your stay fun and enjoyable!

All of us siblings and spouses have not seen each other for over 4 years. What an awesome place to stay. Loved the different sitting areas and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were plentiful had enough for our group of 10. Loved how close it was to the promenade and beach. Perfect location. Did have a little issues with cars parked on the street to get to the back parking area. Also I would suggest have a nightlight in the hallway where the bedrooms were. Above all I would suggest this place for anyone. We will come back definitely. Thank you

This house worked great for our group of adult volleyball players. Lots of bedrooms. Multiple living spaces which came in handy as some people had to work during the first few days. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is close to the courts but a bit out of the craziness. Hoping to come back next year.

Great beach house short walk to the beach and the prom path to downtown. Downtown is a short 15 ish minute walk. Had all the amenities as well lots of bedrooms and space. Tons of parking in back too. Hope to be back.

This has been the perfect family vacation house for our annual trips to Seaside. Recent upgrades to the front porch and railing were really appreciated as were the new kitchen items. The location, the many bedrooms/bathrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen keep us coming back.

My husband & I joined with 3 of my siblings and their spouses for a few days at the beach. 2 of the couples come from hot, inland states so it was a bit chilly for them but we all enjoyed the house and its location to the town. Easy check-in and check-out and the stay was delightful. Plenty of room for all of us.

My friends and I just returned from a 4 day stay. The house is in the perfect location. It is very close to the north end of the prom and in a very quiet location.
Beds were very comfortable and house was clean and well stocked with plenty of pot, pans, dishes and silverware.
Will return.

We were so thrilled with the seven bedrooms and four bathrooms! All the ladies were so happy to have their own rooms to sleep in! The house was adequately supplied and we loved the back deck.

This is a very nice property. It is very clean and well furnished. The cooking stuff was great; including the pots and pans. Lots of space for people to spread out. Very near the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

The family loved the property. The layout was wonderful for 4 couples. We loved the long table off the kitchen for sharing family meals and playing board games. We also loved the little sitting areas for curling up with our books to read. The property is so close to the prom, you can be on the beach in minutes. Very clean. Everyone it so much we are already looking at booking for another family trip.

Lots of space and great location. The only downfall was the fact that the bedrooms did not have any heat themselves the only heat vents were located in the hallway so if your door was shut, it wouldn’t get warm. Or cold I would assume if the air conditioning was on.

This house is awesome! Our group of 12 had plenty of room. The fireplace was popular as there was a big storm when we arrived. Furniture was clean and comfortable and provided all a place to sit. Bedding was nice and the mattresses were comfortable. Close to the beach and town. A few of us would drive to downtown and a few would walk, and we get there about the same time. Would love to know the history of the home. Thank you for a great trip, we will be back!

Every year our family meets in Seaside to have a big family Christmas. This is our first time renting this particular property as we needed more bedrooms. The bedroom situation was great. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, and bowls, but there weren’t quite enough coffee mugs for everyone. We slept really great and had a wonderful Christmas celebration. Thank you!

Overall, the property was good. However, there is one thermostat on main level that controls the heat on level 1 and level 2. There are also only two vents on level 2 in the main hallway (bedrooms do not contain vents). The bedrooms were uncomfortably cold for the first 24 hrs of our stay. I would recommend management turn the heat up a minimum of 24hrs before guest arrival during the winter. It was extremely uncomfortable for our young children.

This home was so perfect we are hoping it will become our yearly vacation rental! It is very clean and well mantained. Enough room for our family to fan out and come together.

More than enough bedrooms and 4 bathrooms took care of our group. Clean and close to a beach and about 1/2 mile from the DT area. It is 3 floors so if anyone has mobility issues they would need to consider. Wish the TV had a media player app to watch movies on a hard drive (TV was locked with a pin) but other than that everything was included. Great stay. Would book it again.

This house is quite lovely. Amazing location. Close to everything. The Beach is so close and you can see it from the upstairs bedrooms. A very nice house for larger families to all get together. Lots of room for everyone with spaces if you want to be alone or visit in smaller groups. It was a wonderful time and the house is very cool and unique. We were grateful for the time together and location was amazing. We hope to return.

This rental home was perfect for our group to rest and recoup after our 2022 Portland to Coast walking adventure. An easy walk on the promenade into town to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. Super comfy beds in any of the 7 bedrooms which are all a nice roomy layout. Not cramped at all! 4 full bathrooms, so no one was inconvenienced at any time. Enough space to be alone to read or nap. Just all that we had hoped for. Thank you Leah! …..for sharing your home, and being responsive to any requests or needs we had during our stay. This was our last Portland to Coast walk for this team, but who knows…. This great group of friends may rent again in the future just to remember what a great time we had! Thank you. Colleen Hicks

The property was exactly as described. We had a blast with our entire family staying under one roof. Great location just at the end of the promenade. We walked into downtown Seaside easily. Cleanliness: (disclosure, I'm a nut when it comes to cleaning) The blinds were dirty, dust under beds and items from previous renters under beds.
Despite the cleanliness, we would stay there again, absolutely!

We booked this house mainly for the amount of rooms (so everyone could have their own space) and were extra surprised with the location! The house has a lot of room to gather or get away, the walk to the beach was quick and the area was nice but not too crowded. But if you wanted a little more of a crowd, walking towards the town center was fast and easy on the promenade. Described accurately and easy to work with. Thanks for the memories!

Looked for a place that couls sleep 12. Not a lot of options. This house was perfect. Three houses off the Prom. Close enough to walk to town. HUGE house, lots of room to get together but still have privacy. Everthing you might need is there. An excellent value. Leah, the host, was very vrry good at communicating. Highly recommend.

Comfortable house near the beach. Perfect for a large family gathering. Lots of interior updates. Ocean view from a couple of the bedrooms. We had a great time!

Very imprissive. There where 6 sibling some with spouses for a total of 10 adults. We had plenty of room to spread out. All the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms and plenty of hot water for showers. We would book again. Highly recommend
