Esta espaciosa suite para huéspedes es completamente nueva y se construyó en 2018, es un dormitorio / baño privado ubicado como parte de nuestra casa en la planta baja. Los huéspedes pueden utilizar la sala separada con una mesa y sillas para comer. La suite también tiene su propia entrada. La suite está equipada con pisos de madera noble y muebles nuevos. La Suite forma parte de un 6000sq. ft. casa situada en un lote de puntos con impresionantes vistas del lago Norman. ¡Despierte y vea el amanecer o relájese en el muelle y observe la puesta de sol sobre el lago! Disfrute de las vistas desde el jacuzzi para 7 personas. Utilice la tabla de remo, la canoa, el kayak y los flotadores que se encuentran en el cobertizo para botes independiente que también se muestra en la imagen.

The entire stay was fantastic!!! Our hostess went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable! We will definitely be returning!

We stayed here for two nights prior to another event in the area just to take in the Lake Norman area. Dawn was great to work with and communicated great recommendations for the area with regards to places to eat. The room was fantastic and the property is beautiful! The hot tub was great with great views of the lake at night with all the Christmas lights around the lake. We would like to return in the summer to utilize the lake a little more in the warmer weather.

Steve and Dawn were great hosts. The property is gorgeous and relaxing. The suite was perfect for us and had all the amenities that we needed. Loved that they welcomed pets as our girl had a blast running around with their boys.

We stayed at the suite for one night and wish we at least had the time to stay for another couple days! The area is beautiful and our hosts were so nice and accommodating.
Dawn was quick to reply and easy to communicate with and the place was very clean! If we ever end up back at lake Norman, we would love to stay here again!

Steve and Dawn have the perfect accommodations for a weekend getaway! The pictures can’t do the views justice but as soon as you get to the house you will understand. The lake is in full view from inside the room. Easy check in/out. We had the pleasure of meeting Dawn and Steve, and the pups in passing and they were very welcoming. 10/10 recommend and plan on returning.

Amazing views, quiet location, great host, clean property, great location if you are bringing a boat, water sports equipment provided was great, water is good for swimming and family activities. Beautiful sunsets.

Property is lovely, modern, clean and comfortable. Right on the lake, with beautiful views. All the amenities provided, which is wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and kayaks, and there are lots of wonderful restaurants within a 15 minute distance.

We had a great time in their beautiful home! The jacuzzi wasn't private as we thought we saw in the listing (others came out while we were in it and we could see everyone inside watching TV through the floor to ceiling windows,) but the views were gorgeous! The dogs were adorable! And the room was clean. We felt right at home. Thank you so much!

Came up with a college friend to stay for the weekend while taking a continuing ed course in Charlotte. The suite was a perfect place to stay to unwind after a long day. The views are beautiful. Loved you can enjoy sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend if you want a place to get away where there's peace and tranquil this is your place.
