VERY GOOD LOCATION,VERY GOOD RESPONSE OF THE OWNER RON,IT IS LIKE YOUR SECOND HOME,AT THE BEACH!!! ONLY ONE RECOMENDATION THAT I SHARE WITH THE OWNWR,THE TWIN BEDS ARE VERY OLD AND UNCONFORTABLES,thanks we we will back,it is a very nice condo!!!!

It was an absolutely great place to stay, gorgeous beach, clean unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient location and very responsive owner. We had a great time and would defenetly come back again!

Everything was as we expected. Very Good.

The condo was cutely. decorated, however the air conditioner ran constantly and would not bring temp below 77 degrees. The balcony was very uncomfortable, because the condensing unit never shut off , blowing extremely hot air..No umbrellas around the pool area, except for 2 tiki huts. Room needs some remodeling , and 2 full beds have terrible mattresses. GREAT VIEW OF GULF !!

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing.

We had a great time. Had a little trouble with AC and called the owner. He was very responsive and sent someone out. The AC guy was awful. Come out and did pretty much nothing. Still had a good time. Hopefully this gets fixed. If AC was good would’ve been 5 stars

Easy to communicate with, great property

This place met most of our expectations, coin operated washer and dryer are available for public use but having in the condo would have been nice. Having to buy our own disher detergent, toilet paper, and garbage bags was inconvenient. Overall it was clean and very comfortable, and pool and the view was outstanding!!!

We loved the location and just a few steps to the beach and pool. Had everything we needed. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Everything was great! Condo was as described, great location, great views. One of the best vrbo's we've used and we look forward to using it again.

It was a great place ....would of liked one more beach chair ...we had three people and only two beach chairs... other than that it was wonderful

Nice place with a great view of the Gulf. The only downside was the fact that it was Easter week so the beach was crowded.

We booked a last-minute week in March with our 10 year old nephew at this condo. The unit is beachfront, and directly overlooks the gulf and the pool. The view was lovely! The building was close to restaurants, activities (mini-golf, tennis, basketball in the park) and within a half hour drive to a couple of different MLB baseball stadiums as well as golf courses. The unit was in a great location. The building itself and the unit were a bit tired looking, but the photos were accurate. Given that we paid quite a lot for our week, my suggestions would be to have some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, sand toys etc) available to guests, as well as more household products provided for guests (for example, there were only two dishwasher tabs provided for the whole week, minimal paper and cleaning products etc). Overall, it was a very nice stay and we’d return to the area.

It was an easy check in process. The beach access is great. The condo has everything you need.

Wow what a view ! Kitchen had everything you needed even a crockpot. Beach towels and plenty of other towels as well . Laundry is not in condo but not a problem on same floor and office has plenty of quarters.My only suggestion is trying to figure out how to provide beach chairs and umbrella but l know this can be a challenge.The owner was very good at responding back with any questions. We will definitely be back.Thanks for a lovely time.

Lovely spot. Clean close to everything. What a view!!!!

We don’t normally visit this area but after the hurricane made us change our original plans, we found this condo on Vrbo. It had everything we needed. It is a little outdated and we had an issue with the door knob/lock but overall, it was a nice stay. It’s away from the crowds but close enough to everything that it’s not an inconvenience.

We had a great time. Great location great facilities.

I loved staying here. The only thing was all the dishes were dirty when we got there so had to wash them all. Other than that. All Good. Great location!

Only thing that I could possibly add, would be handrails in the shower and bathtub. Otherwise it was a great site and I hope to come back.

The location is great and just a few steps to the beach. We loved being able to go to the pool and then walk out to the beach. So many great place to eat and shop within a short drive. Owner was very responsive

Great place could use some updates. Wish the owned would leave his outdoor closet unlocked so people could leave all their beach stuff. First year I've ever had to buy beach chairs, floats etc. It's usually left by previous guests.

The property was clean. The condo was very nice. Pool and beach awesome. Seen dolphins a few times. Little issue with elevator stopping on floor. Would for sure return to this condo.

entry code sent a few days before travel so upon arrival we were able to go right into the 2 BR unit without having to check in at the office. Went to office the following day to get parking pass. The elevator was slow but didn't bother us, on vacay! The unit was as pictured/described, clean, comfortable, quiet. The second bathroom toilet overflowed once but wasn't a deal breaker. Found that holding the handle completely down while flushing helped, no problems after that. Most mornings were spent on the balcony enjoying our coffee looking for and watching dolphins. Spent the evenings out on the balcony as well. The AC register was out on the balcony which was extremely loud so we just shut off the AC while outside. Never had experienced that before at any other place, a little inconvenient/different however adjustable. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the unit as we were on the balcony, at the beach, doing activities. Pool towels were provided, brought our own as didn't know. Shower temp was set, couldn't get a "hot" shower. AC was controlled/set. Wasn't an issue because we had near perfect weather in the low 80's, little humidity, slight breeze. Overall g-o-o-d experience/stay . . . would recommend.

Our stay was amazing as always! We love this condo and Indian shores! It’s always so beautiful and peaceful! Can’t wait to come back next year!

The bed situation was so bad, my kids and husband fought over the couch! The linens were old. The shower door was also broken and would come off track and fall off every time my kids tried to shower.... I texted the property owner with no resolve....sadly. Also said no problem for late check but then only gave 1 hour difference. DONT BOOK IT

We had a fun and relaxing vacation! The condo was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It was a great location and had a beautiful view of the gulf and the pool. We would definitely like to return!
