Actually the property lists 1 king. There is one in the basement also.

Family members from Oregon, Montana & NY met for a week in Hyannis Port. There were 6 adults, 2 teens & a 6 year old. We all loved having our own private beach. And enjoyed all the bird & boat activity. The kayaks (that came with the house) were fun entertainment. The cute downtown area was walking distance with a variety of restaurants. We took the fast ferry to Nantucket one day for a fun excursion. And drove to Provincetown one day for a sail boat ride. We specifically chose not to be busy every day so we could enjoy this comfortable place on the bay. It was good planning. We all enjoyed our week together at this home. Thank you Laurie.

The location has the most amazing view! Our grandsons loved the constant boating and ferry action moving by in the channel. The private beach was perfect!!

We stayed here in March so we knew it was likely to be cold & we wouldn't want to go outside. We did, however, spend a lot of time in the living room, enjoying the ocean view out the sliding doors. There was plenty of space in the house & the kitchen was well equipped. Laurie was very nice, helpful & responsive.

Good time had by this group of 8 women who have been friends for more years than we want to admit. Open layout allowed for great space to gather around the table, cook in the well equipped kitchen and lots of comfortable seating to sit around catching up on everyone's lives enjoys lots of laughs while enjoying the waterview. Lots of comfy beds and great layout to give all plenty of space. Will definitely consider top of list for next year.

The property was very good for our group. Perfect location for walking to town or running a long the waterfront.
A few small items need attention, pans, water filter, dishwasher needed cleaning but it was perfect for our holiday and we would recommend this location.

This property was amazing….watching the ferry and boats go by everyday was incredible. Laurie’s house was exactly as promised and had everything we needed to celebrate my brother’s retirement. Communication was wonderful and we would definitely stay in this location if we hopefully visit the area again! Thank you so much Laurie

Wonderful family vacation. House is beautiful and in a great location. Plenty to do for all ages . Our teens had a great time kayaking, swimming and walking to town. The adults and grandparents enjoyed spending time on the deck and walking to Spankys! Easy walk to the ferry and spent a day in Nantucket. Laurie was an amazing host! Will definitely stay here again.

This beautiful house sits directly on Lewis Bay. The views are exceptional! A small private beach is steps from the back door, and we enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming with ease!
We loved the large windows affording views of the bay from our living area and bedrooms.
While walking distance from the restaurants and shops of Hyannis Harbor, this is a surprisingly quiet and private location. Our family, and friends who came to visit, loved it!

We wanted a change of scenery with the comforts of home to celebrate Mom’s 90th birthday. This house didn’t disappoint, clean spacious rooms for everyone and a great room with kitchen, dining and living area overlooking Hyannis Harbor. Everyone loved it!

We had a wonderful time at this well laid out house. We enjoyed the view and were stunned by the beautiful sunrise! We also enjoyed being so close to amazing restaurants!
We had lots of space to spread out and the decor was well done. Overall, a relaxing, fun time for all.

The house was perfect for our annual trip to Cape Cod. The views were amazing, especially for the harbor fireworks! The house is very spacious, comfortable and clean and the location can’t be eat!

The house is very nice, clean and well-equipped. It gets a nice cooling breeze off of the water much of the day. It is also very spacious; we had a group of 7 adults, but could have accommodated several more quite comfortably.
The location is excellent, with a nice beach and a nice view of the harbor. It is an easy walk to the ferries, restaurants and shops in Hyannis.
Overall, we had a great time. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Five friends enjoyed our stay. Laurie was so helpful, accommodating and prompt to respond to our questions and requests. The home is lovely! The location is perfect for walking to the ferries, restaurants and downtown Hyannis. We would definitely book this property again!

Laurie's property is absolutely stunning. I booked her place for my cousin's bachelorette party and we were all blown away by the spectacular water views, open floor plan from the kitchen, living room, and deck seating, and also by the spacious bedrooms which gave everyone space to rest and relax when needed. Laurie was kind, friendly, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. She was phenomenal to communicate with every step of the way. I will certainly be booking her property for future trips and could not recommend her place enough!

The home is in a great location with fabulous views of Lewis Bay. We sat on the deck every morning and evening watching the gulls, ferries and occasional seal go by. The home has three bedrooms upstairs with one bath. The bath was spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your meals (although we ate out each night). Downstairs are two additional bedrooms and two baths. (One bath is in the laundry room). There is a large living area downstairs. The home was clean and comfortable. The ferry is just a five minute walk. We also walked to Main Street for lunch and dinner. We did bring our own bed linens which is a must. The owner is very nice and helpful. We would recommend this home for renting in Hyannis.
