My husband and I stayed in this cottage and it did not disappoint!! Location is absolutely fabulous. 5-10 minute walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach and 15 minute walk to Galilee. Lots of wildlife on the property. We enjoyed the daily visits by the rabbits and woodchuck. The cottage was clean and extremely comfortable. Perfect in every way. Highly recommend! I know we will be back!!!

Everything about our beach vacation was perfect. The house had everything we needed and working with Kim was so easy. Will be back!

Lovely, newly refurbished beach house perfect size for family of four travelling with teen and tween. Great location in walking distance to state and private beaches, several restaurants, and the Block Island Ferry. Owner very quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Would definitely return.

Only one flaw. Listing said there was WIFI but we learned after paying our non-refundable deposit that the WIFI was severely restricted and ran out on day 2. REALLY? It's 2019! Had to upgrade our smart phones to an unlimited data plan as a result. Otherwise the stay was perfect! Totally updated inside. Stainless appliances including a dishwasher and a fridge with icemaker. Seems like a few small things hadn't been completed (door handles & knobs on kitchen cabinets, no towel racks in bathrooms) but these will likely soon be corrected. Great privacy, comfortable beds. Cool breezes on the hottest evenings. Plenty of local dining options.

Great spot for this couple with a toddler and a 6 month old this summer. You can walk to everything including beaches, restaurants, and BI ferry. Planning on returning.

The house, while small is surprisingly cozy and functional. Completely modern with iPhone chargers in the walls, all brand new stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The most secluded lot we have ever seen in Narragansett. Perfect for our small family of 4, with easy walks, cozy home, and clean and modern!

This home is perfect for (4) adults. A meticulously clean home with all modern amenities. Walk to Sand Hill Cove and Galilee Beach. Completely secluded location, private back yard, simply adorable. Best vacation in Narragansett we have ever had! Owners are accommodating and generous. Simply perfect.
