One word to describe this home is PERFECT. It was the first time I had ever rented a house as part of a group vacation, and it was better then we could have imagined. The living space is massive and very comfortable. The beds are so comfortable I didn't want to get out (although one of the guests I was with thought the bed was a little hard - but I like firmer mattresses). And the drive to mount snow couldnt have been easier. The decor in the home was FABOULOUS. It was the perfect modern ski chalet. I was so impressed by all of the little details they added (led lights outside, with a map of mount snow over the hot tub. The bottle opener sitting right by the hot tub, The sled coffee table, the skis mounted to the side of the shed, the MASSIVE mud room, with boot warmers... just to name a few) We played board games every night by the fire (Jenga & What do you Meme), and of course soaked in the hot tub until we turned to raisins. Ron was a wonderful host, and responded promptly to all of my emails, with many recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We will definitely try to come back!

Overall the experience was great. We do an annual ski trip up to mount snow and we had a different house to rent. With a few more people attending, Ron's house fit perfect for us . Everyone in the party loved the house as it was modern with a very comfortable family feel around the whole house. As we now have a bigger group, we will be back next year. Only 10 mins from mt. Snow is a huge plus with a covered jacuzzi!.

The size of the house makes for an ideal venue for a gathering of friends and family, especially the open layout of the main floor. From the deck area to the hot tub to the game room upstairs, this place was set up for a great time. Seamless check in/out, great communication, proximity to the mountain all make renting Bayville North a no-brainer.
