As we checked into the property, everything looked great until we started to walk around. There was mold on the ceiling above one of the showers in the second bathroom as well as it’s adjacent towel closet and the floor. The listing said linens were provided, but we found where the linens balled up on the floor in the closets, many of the pillows had stains on them. There were also multiple areas in cabinets and in the laundry area where you could see nothing had been wiped down or cleaned in sometime. Trash (cups & candy) were found under the beds. We reached out to the property manager when we discovered the mold with little response. Needless to say, we spent some time cleaning and disinfecting the first day as best we could. It is a beautiful property but our first impression kind of set the tone for the week

When arriving the touch pad was dead but with a short text to the owner, we had a key and were in the door in just a few minutes. She sent over someone to change the battery, very quickly. I was most impressed with her sending a photo of the man coming and his name so no one was afraid...... The property was great and exactly what we needed for the night. Very cozy and comfortable place. We would definitely stay here again!

The layout was perfect for the 8 of us. Plenty of sheets and towels to mix and match for each bed and person. The washer and dryer are loud if you have young kiddos trying to fall asleep. (Towels and sheets have to be washed and dried before leaving.)
Kitchen had both the coffee makers and was fairly clean overall. Plenty of silverware, dishes, and cups. Small beverage fridge in the island was perfect for a case of water and the wine fridge is nearby as well. Those were nice surprises.
Parking was no trouble with one on the driveway and one parked in the street behind the driveway.
The digital lock had the kids fighting over who could play the “game” each time. When you come into the house, the door does auto lock after a specific amount of time. You can’t forget to lock it at night so it’s perfect!
10 minute walk up to the convention center entrance was perfect!
Unfortunately, If you have cat or dust allergies, this is not for you. 5 of the 8 of us have allergies and there was a lot of sneezing, coughing, and stuffiness throughout the stay. The cat smell is heavy in the home if you are sensitive. I dusted two of the bedroom ceiling fans so we could use them. We are early in the season so I’m sure a good cleaning will happen before summer.

Generally this was an OK rental, but there were a few things to be aware of. First of all, it's not easy to see but it is the renter's responsibility to make the beds and then clean all the linens and towels. With an 11 a.m. check-out it's not so easy to fit this all in.
Also, the check-in instructions could be clearer. It's the A unit, and you have to go around the side and up the stairs to find the door for the unit. Then you have to touch the keypad to get the numbers to appear.
The place was about average in terms of cleanliness. So overall a pretty good stay, but there are a few things that could be clearer in the listing.

The home is beautifully maintained, and easy to get to. If you have anything going on at the convention center, stay here. You won't have to pay crazy rates to go to the center. You can leave your car parked at the home and walk. The deck is large and well furnished, the house was clean and had a very "homey" feel.. the owner was attentive and helpful with any info we needed about the home of the surrounding area. plenty of parking and lot's of room in the main living space. Would defiantly stay here again.

My family and I had an awesome time! This home was very clean, close to the playground and broadwalk. I would recommend this vacation place to everyone. The owner response time was on point, in a matter of seconds. You had the option of bringing your own linen. Which we did,
however there was plenty of linen and pillows provided by the owner. We really enjoyed ourselves and this place is pet friendly. Kudos to you Joanne would definitely stay again!

Over all the place is fine for overnight. The linen situation is all over the place, so bring your own. The place needs to be painted and gone over, very dated and beat up. The same things are broken from 2018 so it’s clear they don’t fix things or care. Like I said, it’s fine for overnight and don’t want to be in a hotel and need room.

We had a lovely experience at the rental. The home is beautiful and accommodating. Kid friendly and great location for the boardwalk and beach. The owner is very friendly and was quick to help with any questions we had.
Would definitely recommend and look forward to a future visit.

Sheets are required to be washed by the previous renters, this did not happen for us unfortunately. The sheets were in the hamper in the laundry closet. We found sheets balled up in the bathroom closet and had to confirm with the owner if they were clean. None fit the double beds but we made it work. Never had that experience before, I’d recommend just bringing your own if you stay here and avoid that situation altogether.
Also there were some strange characters roaming around outside at night, maybe because it’s the off season - but otherwise it was a comfortable stay for 2 nights.

We stayed at this apartment for one night while attending a family wedding. Overall it was clean, the kitchen seemed decently stocked with appliances, and the beds were comfortable. It was not apparent that no paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) would be provided. This may not be a big deal for a large family coming for multiple days in the summer, but for two couples staying one night, it was pretty inconvenient. The beds were unmade as well, which would not worth mentioning if the linen closet was organized. There are multiple beds in this house of multiple sizes and the linen closet kind of looked like a teenager just threw all the sheets and towels in there before friends came over. If it was organized and labeled it would have made it a lot easier to find the right sheets for the right bed. Generally, this was a perfectly fine stay with some room for improvement.

Overall it was a great stay. Location is good with restaurants to walk to and the boardwalk/beach only a couple blocks away.

Plenty of space. TV in every room. Close enough to Cape May. Very close to the beach for a great bike ride. Close to grocery store and drugstore Walk to breakfast places or dinner.
I only wish we’d realized we should have brought sheets or laundry detergent to wash their sheets. And a roll of paper towel would’ve been appreciated

Little discourage how dirty the vents were and under furniture was as i feel the cleaning lady could of cleaned a little better under furniture. But overall We enjoyed our stay at the condo and the property owner helped us with every question we had and she was super friendly and very nice when we spoke with her through phone amd texts.

No complaints about this rental. Lovely house which was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is mostly residential except a small motel across the street. The location was perfect for my non-driving teens because they could easily walk to the beach and boardwalk. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive to all questions. The home is updated and linens provided were great. Thank you Joanne for filling our order of excellent weather...at no extra charge!! We'd love to come back!

The place was well furnished but not maintained or cleaned. We could not enter the home for almost an hour because I had to deal with the smart lock that kept locking me out. The owner had given me a third code that finally worked. We go in and notice the laundry door is broken. Keeps falling off. The place was cleaned but not properly. No linens on the mattresses. Folded and left in a closet. There was pet hair everywhere and dust in the bedrooms. We stayed and while leaving told the owner about the cleanliness and that I washed the linens and put towels in the washer. I also told her we could send pictures of the pet hair and dust if she wants me to. We cleaned out food, washed dishes and took out trash. Despite my best efforts, i got a charge for cleaning after check out. The expectation is clean the house like a maid if you rent this place. You also need to put things where they were taken from. Can’t just leave them on the counter even if they are dishes that were left to dry. Who would like to spend their last day cleaning for hours? I wouldn’t recommend this place or rent again

I knew it was going to be an issue when the lady wanted to know when we were leaving.... before we even arrived. I have the email if anyone wants to see. We have stayed in other places in Wildwood during the same weekend in previous years and never had an issue. This lady berated is via text messages and even resorted to name calling. We don’t complain about anything but everyplace will have issues. This place does too. I would not recommend renting from this lady

My family and I had a great time here. The place was nicely decorated, had plenty of space and the location was great! Two blocks to the boardwalk, walking distance to Duffers, RiteAid and so much more. There is also a park a block away. We were plesantly surprised with music in the park. We had an issue getting access to the key so called the owner. He called us back within 5 mins and we got it resolved. Very responsive owners. Already thinking about booking this place again!
