We have stayed at this complex for years. The house and location was great. It has enough space for everyone. The proximity to the beach is great and has a great pool within the complex. We look forward each year to staying.

Location was great. Short walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Owner had great communication and was very responsive. House was very spacious and it was great having 5 bathrooms. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again.

I'll start with the positives of our stay. The house was large and easily accommodated our family of 11. I loved that each bedroom had its own full bath. The community pool provided endless entertainment. The location was nice as it was a short walk to the beach and a few shops. The property was decorated nicely as well. As for the negatives..... Part of our family drove 14 hours straight to get to Myrtle Beach. They arrived around 3:30 which check in was for 4:00. At 4:00, they entered the house and was told by the cleaning crew to come back in about 30 to 45 mins as they were not finished cleaning. They had four kids with them and really just wanted to relax. Of course, this is not the owners fault but it was super frustrating to not be able to get in at check in. The biggest issue was a bit of a German cockroach problem. The HOA sprayed the outside of the home on Sunday. By Monday, we found a few cockroaches randomly throughout the house. I notified the owner who got an exterminator to the house late afternoon the following day. By Wednesday, there were roaches in all of the rooms, found one in the oven and one in the dishwasher as well. This doesn't include the others throughout the house. We ended up throwing away food that we were going to cook for dinners bc we didn't want to use the oven. We threw away snacks that had been on the counter. If it weren't for the roaches, then we may would stay here again. However, the uninvited guests will keep us from going back.

House was perfect for our group, very nice inside and excellent location

Overall the property was fine. Location great. Pretty much what we expected. Small things that could be improved. Several light bulbs burned out, blinds don't work, several areas of house need paint, bedding/pillows need replacement and dishwasher hard to get started.

everything was really nice

This beach house was ideal for four golfers. The location was ideal as it was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and just a short drive to many golf courses (the ones that we played - Burning Ridge, Arrowhead, Myrtlewood, Wild Wing and Myrtle Beach National - were 20 minutes or less away). The four bedroom/four bathroom meant that we could have some privacy while the ample shared living spaces and balconies give us plenty of room to visit, talk about golf and enjoy a beer or two. Everything was easy with this place. Val was very responsive. Check in-out process was easy. The place was clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home! Excellent wifi and TV service as well. Overall an outstanding property and an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again when at The Beach.
