Nuestro condominio en la torre 3 en el octavo piso, 3 habitaciones y 3 baños cuenta con ventanas de piso a techo que brindan a todas las habitaciones vistas increíbles de la playa, aguas azul esmeralda y espectaculares puestas de sol sobre el Golfo de México. El condominio tiene 1756 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable interior. La unidad ha sido recientemente renovada con pisos de tablones grandes en todo, hermosas encimeras nuevas en la cocina con electrodomésticos nuevos y dos duchas en el dormitorio principal y en el tercer dormitorio.
Las 3 habitaciones son extremadamente amplias con 3 baños privados completos con tocadores dobles. Dos baños cuentan con duchas muy actualizadas. Hay grandes televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones.
La cocina está totalmente equipada para preparar comidas y los asientos no son un problema: mesa de comedor para seis y asientos para tres en la barra de desayuno. La cocina se actualizó con nuevos electrodomésticos con nuevas encimeras de granito y una nueva placa posterior.
El condominio está equipado con una nueva lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo para tu comodidad.
No uno, sino DOS balcones crean el ambiente perfecto para divertirse bajo el sol, la relajación y la privacidad al final del día.
Long Beach Resort se encuentra directamente en las playas de arenas blancas del golfo de México. El complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas polinesias (climatizadas por temporada), 3 spas con jacuzzi y una piscina tipo laguna de 6800 pies cuadrados con islas de palmeras, cascadas y exuberantes jardines tropicales. El HangOut Bar and Grill está convenientemente ubicado en la piscina de la laguna.
Long Beach Resort tiene seguridad las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. El estacionamiento se encuentra directamente en frente de su edificio, no al otro lado de la calle, ¡no en un estacionamiento de gran altura y espacio reducido!

Fans were dirty. Doors were dirty. Sliding glass door was extremely hard to open even after we cleaned out lots of crud from the tracks and bought silicone spray for it. Kitchen not stocked well. No vent fans in bathrooms. Middle bedroom stayed hot. Ond dead cockroach upon checking in and another live giant one another day. We have stayed in many units at this resort and we love Long Beach, but will not stay in this unit again.

The condo is amazing… very comfortable… you might to bring extra shower towels just in case you like to shower every time you come from the beach… they do have towels for all 10 guests! Amazing view and very easy checking and out!

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! The condo was perfect for our family with gorgeous views of the beach from living room and all bedrooms. We were in tower 3 and grandkids had a great time in the lagoon pool as well as on the beach. Enjoyed lunch and drinks at the Hangout by the pool. The 2 beach chairs with umbrella were great and used every day! Very close to many restaurants and shopping. LOTS OF TRAFFIC so allow extra time to get to a reservation. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and full size washer and dryer came in handy. The only thing missing was a travel bed for a baby which other condos I have rented always had. It would also be nice if there were a few games and beach toys for kids. Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our whole family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. Even saw some dolphins one morning!
Easy to communicate with Kim's Condos. I would definitely recommend this unit!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our son and a few of his senior friends. It was a great location! The beach access was awesome and the multiple pools were fantastic. Tons of food options within walking distance. It seemed to be the calm end of the strip so it was never overly crowded or rowdy. The boys had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy all the best that Panama Beach has to offer! We’ll be back in a few years when our other son and his buddies want to have their senior spring break.

The condo was great. Loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had gorgeous views. The cupboards and baseboards needed a good cleaning.

The condo itself was mediocre, at best. BUT THE VIEW!! THATS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Most of our time was spent on the patio. The 1st night, the showers ran cold very quickly into showering. There was also a weird smell inside the condo. Overall, the stay was good. There were no trashcans hardly in the condo, none in the bedrooms or the kitchen. There was also no seasonings of condiments there, which wasn't noted, so we didn't cook while there.

First time going to Panama City Beach, and renting from Kim’s Condo couldn’t have been more convenient. Not only was the listing just as described but the location to the beach was fantastic. It was also a good walking distance to many restaurants. Would recommend!

Loved having views from all of the bedrooms and access to balconies! Elevator was a little questionable, and maybe a better cleaning of the master bath shower. Definitely would stay again though!

Just a few cleaning issues and 2 of the beds needed a bit of attentions for possibly being broke down, but was an amazing view and enjoyed our stay a lot. Will defineitly consider staying there again. Miss it already!
