I surprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend trip to downtown Greenville. The condo was absolutely amazing. My wife loved it. It was super clean and the location was perfect. We never had to get back in our car once we parked. Every place that we went to was in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our downtown wedding festivities weekend. Unit was very nicely appointed, pretty and functional. Our host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay, the place was spotlessly, clean, and in the best location possible! The host was extremely easy to communicate with. Tons of restaurants and shops all within walking distance we would definitely stay here again so glad we found it.

In the heart of downtown, this was a really nice location. We enjoyed walking right out to Main street and taking in everything downtown Greenville had to offer.
Owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I am famous for booking rooms for our vacations and when we arrive the room is no where near to the picture used in the ad. This time I hit the jackpot! Our room was everything that I saw in the ad and more. If we return to Greenville next year, I will reserve a room for our stay. I will recommend you for sure.

You can’t beat the location and the ease of access to this unit! We stayed for nine days, and it was equipped nicely for that extended length of time. I’ve been here several times and would stay again and again!

Perfect place to stay for an event or weekend in downtown Greenville. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable. There is some street noise, but that’s to be expected right on Main Street and it wasn’t bad enough to make us lose any sleep. Also, there are some city garages that are free on weekends right nearby.

Attended for a getaway. Artisphere weekend right down the street. Farmers market just below condo- super easy walk to everywhere, never needed my car. GREAT restaurants in the area. Not quiet on the balcony but can' t hear noise inside.

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Spent lots of time on balcony overlooking shops and street. Was walking distance from everything. We were in town to see show at Peace Center. Not only easy quick walk to there but went down to the park and walked along river. Easy check in, very safe with security measures in place. Would highly recommend!

You can't find a better location to experience Greenville. We could walk in any direction and find more restaurants than we could count and plenty to do. Great spot, perfectly comfortable, would rent again.

If you’re looking for an awesome place to stay in the heart of downtown Greenville - look no further.! The studio was decorated beautifully with a modern flair. I have to say the best part was the people watching on the balcony. I’ll definitely be paying another visit and I know exactly where to stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at this apartment last weekend. The manager was very responsive, the apartment was spotless, and it was great being so close to tons of restaurants and all that downtown has to offer.

We rented this condo for my 40th birthday. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Centrally located for a ton of food and shopping choices. The condo was very clean! When I realized that I missed our checkout Justin was very understanding (again I’m soooo sorry!!!). We brought our bicycles with us and did the swamp rabbit trail. Made for an excellent Sunday activity. 10/10 would recommend

Great condo close to everything in downtown Greenville SC. The property manager was great response to questions and help at check in. The property is very clean, well stocked kitchen, a comfy bed, and great balcony space . Highly recommend .

In the heart of downtown. This studio is well located and well maintained . Communication with property manager was great, he was quick to return my texts and very kind and helpful as well. I will keep this property in mind for when I come back to visit Greenville.

If you’re looking for an easy get away but need it to be extra nice, this is your place. Super clean and organized with everything you need and nothing you don’t. We walked everywhere and didn’t get back into our car until we left to go home.

This large studio was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and beautifully decorated with quality items. The entire space was comfortable and very functional. We appreciated the amenities like laundry soap and coffee filters. Our favorite spot was the large deck overlooking Main Street. The couches were comfy and the location was ideal. We really felt at home here for our 5 day stay!
