Gracias por visitar mi nueva unidad cerca de la playa. ¡Tengo una cocina completa para probar tus habilidades culinarias y un balcón con vista a la piscina para tu café de la mañana y una copa de vino por la noche! La histórica ciudad de Kona se encuentra a pocos pasos, con restaurantes al aire libre, restaurantes, surfistas, delfines y puestas de sol. ¿Por qué no ver el mundialmente famoso Iron Man Championship en sus puertas?

You can't beat the location. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with great dining recommendations. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was very clean and offered a great night sleep. The property itself is clean and has the basics for your stay. The property is romantic, charming, and beautiful with lush landscaping, walkable to all the local dining, shopping, and right next to the coastline. Parking is free but not plentiful. If you do not return to the property by 3pm you will need to forage for parking on the street and that goes quick in this area. Lots of people circling the complex fighting for parking spaces. That did not detract from our vacation.
I am still unable to get a receipt to use for travel reimbursement from my employer, so if you need that you might want to investigate that first. VRBO receipt will only show their fees, not what you pay for the actual accommodations. VRBO will tell you the host has to provide that. We have been unable to get one, so are attempting to make our own by piecing together screen shots and emails.
I would definitely stay here again, but only for vacation not business travel needs.

Beautiful grounds with easy access to the main road/shops and restaurants. Very clean and nice updated appliances. The complementary beach equipment was nice, however the beach chairs have oily/rusty water in them.

The place is very comfortable and quite and have everything that we need. I liked hanging out and eating at the porch that is overlooking the pool and lush garden. I will certainly stay at this place again.

We were happy with the location as it was in central Kailua area with easy walks to water & retaurants etc. It was quiet and had a nice hot tub, pool and green areas.

No instruction as to how to use the fan or how to use the TV. Asked property mgr but vague answers. Ice maker did not work, even though property mgr said "of course if works." And no ice on central property. Bed was hard, no luggage racks so had to use floor or put luggage on short sofa. Overpriced for what we got.

Efficient and cozy - highly recommend… keep reading if you want more details about our experience. The window unit and ceiling fan were more than enough to cool off this efficiency condo. They provided a coffee maker and filters, and we picked up coffee at the ABC store nearby. It was perfect walking distance to Ali’i Drive to all the restaurants along the coast. Parking was fine before about 4 pm, and could have been tricky the night we got back later, but had no problems finding a spot on the street. We really appreciate that beach towels were provided, and the bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We saw some reviews about the mattress quality, but we went for it anyway. It was firm, and my wife wasn’t sure she’d sleep well, but turns out it was perfect and provided a great night’s sleep. We’re grateful our host was communicative before and during our stay, and would recommend if you’re not planning to spend your entire vacation in the condo - location and setup are perfect for those who plan to be out and about while on the island.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön groß und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und bei Problemen zur Stelle. Der Check in im Hauptgebäude war einfach und unkompliziert. falls sie mir einem PKW anreisen gibt es genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. die Anlage ist mit einem Pool und einem Whirlpool wirklich sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. das einzige was man beachten muss ist keine Lebensmittel draußen stehen zu lassen, da sie Ameisen hier sehr schnell sind. Außerdem muss man beachten dass es eine sehr große Anlage mit vielen Wohnungen ist und es zwischendurch auch mal lauter werden kann. alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

There was no address that linked us to the property or name of property on my receipt. Could not get ahold of owner and actually found it by chance with the address numbers we were able to get from Expedia. The map on the email was not correct. The pool and surrounding area was very nice. The condo was clean and set up well however, there was no tissue, dinner knives, can opener or any barbeque utensils to use. The one knife we had was completely dull. No plastic wrap or foil either or salt and pepper. Also the sliding glass door was very hard to open. That being said, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The VRBO app. worked great. I had rented in the same complex earlier in the week without any issues during check-in.
On this Check-in process the property manager did not reserve my rental with the front desk. I was not able to get ahold of property manager. Luckily, the front desk knew who the property manager assistant was. I contacted her and she was able to reserve the room.
This situation caused me some anxiety and frustration.

A quiet retreat from a busy area. The grounds were well kept and the
Property owner was very prompt in responding to any questions. It was clear that the owner understands the needs of visitors by providing beach towels, coolers inflatable gear for the swimming pool, etc.

At first glance the buildings seemed a little dated, but I believe being so close to the water that it doesn't take long for salt damage to settle in. Once inside the unit however, everything was pretty updated and comfortable. We actually were moved to a different unit closer to the water than this one because of some problem with booking simultaneously. The unit we had was an upgrade with a water view which had a cozy lanai that we loved sitting on at night. The unit had some nice "extras" too like a couple boogie boards, beach towels, etc. We were only there for one night so having a small centrally located place to stay before we head back to the airport was key. Location!! The location is fantastic for walking. Lots of shops and restaurants all within a short walk. We would stay here again.

My daughter and I spent one night. It’s a great location - walking distance to shopping and food. The parking is a little tricky. We were lucky and found a spot on the street after our evening out. It was clean, except for the floor. My feet were pretty filthy in the morning after walking around. The air conditioner worked great.

Everything was as described and the place is clean. It is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shops. Host was responding fast to our questions and was really accommodating.

Accomodations were average. Instructions for internet were on a wall that one would walk past without noticing (idid). Fan quit in the middle of the night. Cleanliness could have been better (dead bugs, grime etc). It was only adequate for an emergency overnight stay until time to catch an airplane to the mainland. Restaurants were walking distance which helped.

Unit was a nice as expected; quiet, clean and 10 minutes walking to everything. Only a studio, but everything there for many days stay, like compact but fully equipped kitchenette, camp chairs, snorkel and mask and boogie board.

+ The unit was as advertised. It was a nice size and it was nice to have a full fridge. The walkability to the water and dinning and gift shops was amazing! The instructions and communication from the property manager was great.- The bed was comfortable and would have been a good nights sleep except for the noise from the unit above (heavy feet and dropping or banging things), and the noise outside the unit from people well past midnight. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, floors and light switches felt sticky (if we were staying longer I would have just wiped everything down). Grateful though to have found a place to sleep on short notice!
