Everything was great. Beds super comfy. Lots of fun things for the kids to do in the house and topped it off with tubing at Camelback which isn’t far away. Great weekend!

My family and I love Justin’s property! It was tidy, clean and had all we needed to make our stay feel right at home. The arcade games were a hit with the children. As well as, the beautiful deer in the backyard. It was close to all the water parks which worked out well. Justin was very responsive from the start.

Justin was great to work with. He answered all our questions and took care of everything. His home is comfy and cozy, rustic and peaceful. A block away from the lake, had everything we needed. Clean and roomy... and deer roamed the back yard every morning and afternoon. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great time with friends and family over thanksgiving weekend. House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and exactly as described. Kids loved the ping pong porch. Fire pit was great for the cool weather. Quiet surroundings in the mountains. You can tell everything is taken care of. We’d definitely like to come back.

It was fairly easy

Kudos first to Justin, the owner, who allowed us to change our reservation from February to March due to a death in our family. He was very accommodating and understanding. We reserved this house for my husband’s birthday over a three-day weekend in March. We found the house to be very cozy, yet large enough and spacious for the 6 of us. Very nicely decorated with all the beds amazingly comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything that we mostly needed. Were impressed with the amount of kitchenware, utensils and dishes, spices. Big refrigerator, with your choice of ice cube trays or a countertop ice machine that produced ice cubes quite frequently. All the rooms had linens. There was plenty of bath towels but could have used more wash clothes. All beds had sheets. Great loft area to look down on the living room and fireplace. Being that the temperatures got down in the single digits at night, we all stayed warm with heat registers in each bedroom and the fireplace kept the whole house warm. The fireplace was easy to work, just flicked a switch and it turned on. Overly impressed with how all the switches were labeled so we knew exactly what switch went with what light, fan, etc. Had instructions left for us on how to operate the TVs in every room, the fireplace and where to take the trash when we checked out. Loved all the games that were available. Several classic old video game machines that both my sons and grandson enjoyed playing and plenty of board games. The fireplace was very warm and enticing and was a perfect spot for us all to sit down and visit. The dining room table was also huge where all of us had plenty of room to eat. We even played a few games of ping pong out on the back porch. This house is in a very beautiful, wooded community. There is a park with tennis courts, lake, playground equipment within walking distance, which we could not use in the winter, but would be great for the summer. We received several surprises that we were not expecting. We got 6 inches of snow with blizzard like conditions. We found a sledding hill within a half a mile up the road within the Locust Lake Village Community area. Thank you to Justin for leaving a snow shovel and ice pellets on the front porch for us. We also saw out the back door, a herd of deer (10-12) on two days, as they were making their way through the neighborhood looking for food. We would reserve this house again in summer or winter.

Close to the lake & kids loved riding to the playground in the golf cart. Perfect spot for a fall getaway.

My family so much enjoyed our stay here. SO much to do both inside & out, even in September. More than enough space for the whole family, with my kids homeschooling & my husband & I working from home. The host was very responsive, attentive & fixed any issues immediately. We had a blast. We're back home and miss it already. Highly recommend!

We decided to book this property because it had kayaks and a golf cart. As three women who are not very strong we decided that this would be the best for us. But the golf cart wouldn’t move and we could not kayak on the lake. This was very disappointing for us. Additionally the trash people turned us away when we went to follow the directions on how to drop the trash off. The house was beautiful but the backyard fire pit that is listed is with in a fallen tree and the seats are soaked and dirty. Inside the home is great.

We had a great trip. The property was clean and has everything you need for some time away. It’s a short golf cart ride to the beaches and fishing areas.

We had a fantastic time at this house and Justin was very responsive to all my questions. The lakes and community were adorable and we enjoyed all the July 4th activities. We will definitely be coming back again.

I rented this place with a group of friends for a week, and if you’re looking for a quiet place to chill out while still having plenty to do, this is the perfect spot for it. Would definitely visit again.

This place is simply amazing. Cozy yet spacious enough to rid the family of the COVID cooped up feeling we all had. The house was perfect and peaceful. All the amenities of the house kept us busy and entertained. We really had a bonding family experience and would return every time we went to the Poconos. Thank you for making our extended weekend incredible.

We had a great time staying at this property! We went over Thanksgiving. We were fortunate to have mild weather and were able to take advantage of beautiful nearby hikes!! (all within 20 min) The chalet itself was immaculate! (Cleanliness is a top priority for me and I was very pleased!) We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit at night. The indoor propane fire kept us cozy on chilly mornings and evenings. Kids loved taking rides on the golf cart around the community and checking out the playgrounds. I would imagine the lakes are great fun during the warmer months. Justin was great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a fantastic time! Great location in a safe community, close proximity to nearby trails and hikes, and we loved using the firepit at night. Owners were very responsive and answered any and all questions before (and during) our trip. Thanks again for everything, would definitely recommend!
