Very clean and stocked. I loved the living area and kitchen with all the dishware and appliances. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, the place was great and priced extremely well for my 3 day stay.

From the concierge, whom our special needs son fell in love with, to the cleaning staff who gave us tips to get around easier with a wheelchair (my son) I cannot recommend this place more! Only thing is that I was pleasantly surprised about was there is a microwave in the unit! When I asked on the app, they said no, this really made heating up my son’s special food much easier. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!

Great location and nice room!

Enjoyed being close to downtown and lots of places to enjoy within walking distance! When we checked in they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, so we had to go back down and have them book us to a different room. The parking is very expensive and my husbands Nike dunks were stolen out of our BMW after we valet parked our ride which would have been the first night we parked the car. We tipped generously and chatted with the valet people and they still decided property that wasn’t theirs should go home with them. Would suggest removing anything else valuable from your car as we took pretty much everything we could to our room as we had traveled to other states prior to our arrival. I would entertain staying there but would rather rent a car and or Uber everywhere instead of having a personal vehicle there.

This is a great place to stay for any event in Nashville. It’s walking distance to Broadway, Bridgestone and all things country music, concerts or sporting events. The hotel rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable!! The restaurant and bars have great conversation areas . Just a great place!! We didn’t use the pool in October, but some did and it looked pretty enticing! Just a great place to enjoy Nashville!!

Everything was as advertised. Easy check/in check/out. Friendly staff and valet parking was a bonus! Great stay!

We loved the location-far enough away from broadway for a little peace and quiet but close enough to walk to all the action. Pool and pool bar were great even though it was too cold to swim. Gym was good enough to get a good vacation workout in. The staff was super helpful. The room nice and had all the amenities we needed and wanted. We would love to stay again when weather is a little warmer and we have more free time.

A convenient well appointed hotel for a weekend in Nashville!

The resort was beautiful! Just what we were looking for. Short walk to all the entertainment! Quiet in the evening away from the nightlife. Live music in bar with nice heaters outside for a fall evening. Breeze checking in, loved the wristbands!

Had a great time staying at margaritaville nashville! Was easy to book and communicate with host. Location was perfect, live music and good food at the hotel. Only wishing we were able to stay longer.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Margaritaville. I had seen the photos, but was still surprised at how big the room is. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer lots of light, with the option of blackout curtains after a night out. The bed was very comfy. I used the fitness center too, which was small but got the job done. Nice and clean with various treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and free weights to sneak in a quick workout. Fins Bar is super cute and the pool area is really nice (it was just too chilly to use it when we were there the first weekend of October). My boyfriend went to the JWB Bar downstairs a few times and liked it. My boyfriend arrived to Nashville first and checked in, so I wasn't there, but he did say the timeshare desk talked to him for 10 minutes about a timeshare. Kind of frustrating, but we also expected it based on other reviews. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The property was in a great location, clean and the pool was lots of fun with a live guitar player. They tried to make us do a timeshare presentation but we refused and had no issues. Thank you!

Loved staying at Margaritaville in Nashville. It’s just a short walk to Broadway which was perfect. Felt very safe walking at night to and from the resort. It is a very clean resort with a beautiful pool/bar area. The bed was so comfortable and had great pillows. We used the kitchenette to make coffee and toast every morning before heading out. The communication from management ahead of time was the best we’ve ever had. Always very prompt when responding to questions. We absolutely loved it there and plan on returning there next fall again.
