This cabin is the cutest and the coziest! We had the best time and enjoyed this place and everything it offers, wonderful lake views from the cabin and the hot tub. The hot tub was our favorite and we enjoyed it everyday! I highly recommend this beautiful place for couples, a girls trip or a friends getaway!

We had a fantastic stay! The setting was absolutely stunning with the hot tub on the second floor offering picturesque views of the lake. The addition of two fire pits, electric and fire burning, adds to the charm and ambiance of the property! The beautiful living area that overlooks the property creates a serene atmosphere for relaxation! The main bedroom and the gorgeous loft area is so comforting and elegant! We found the place so peaceful that we chose to cancel some plans in Hot Springs to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of this home! This was a perfect getaway to reconnect with nature and rejuvenate the mind and body! Thank you so much for the lovely home!

A nice, secluded cabin for a weekend visit to Hot Springs National Park. Drive time from cabin to the park was approximately 30 minutes each way.
Cabin exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of towels, paper products, and soaps. Very clean!
Only thing I would point out is that the couple in the upper loft can hear every word spoken downstairs. Not a complaint just something to note.
There is a partition to close upstairs for privacy but not at the bottom of steps.

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend get-a-away and highly recommend this location. The house was very clean, super cute and welcoming. Lots of little details made us feel special and like at home. They have thought of every detail and have so much to do on-site. Stairs are steep down to the water, but doable. Just don’t forget anything at the top. ;) I would absolutely come back here again.

Just far enough away but close enough to get things. A beautiful place on top of a bluff looking down on the Lake. Home has plenty of amenities to use but the outside decks are just wonderful. Perfect spot for adults wanting some R&R or a girls weekend. Thank you for sharing your little peace of heaven!

The home had all that we needed to stay in or go out! Close enough to enjoy the area, but far enough away maintain our privacy. The heat didn't allow us to use the Hot Tub(Highs of 98 every day). The 192 steps to the water gave use some much needed exercise!

Perfect opportunity for a recharge. The property was exactly as described and to be honest even better! It was super peaceful lots of wildlife to be spotted. Everything was in working order and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Mattress was very comfortable and I’m picky! We chose not to go down to the water because it was a hike but we enjoyed the views from the balcony! We spotted a fox, deer, a family or armadillos and many different birds. Wonderful place. Our favorite restaurant while we are here is Luna Bella (try the pineapple martini) and we did a float trip on the caddo.

I’ve been vacationing in Arkansas for 40 years and this was by far the best cabin I have ever stayed at. Everything about it was wonderful. The view is breathtaking! Our last day there we made it a point to stay at the cabin all day and just take it all in. We can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here for a week with my husband. Gorgeous home with an unbeatable view of the lake. We spent most of our time around the gas fireplace on the deck, enjoying the lake view. Owner was extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at the house for a quick family getaway to Hot Springs. The house was was perfect for rest and relaxation and was exactly as described in the listing. Kim was a great host! We had everything that we needed during our stay. We loved the place! And, we will be back. It was a great place to relax and the view was awesome! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings!

The worst part of our stay was leaving. A week certainly wasn't long enough. This is the only place we stay when visiting Hot Springs!
As for helpful reviews, when considering this location it is good to know that the host has thought about everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is an abundance of extra towels and blankets on hand, as well as a first aid kit with bandaids. The housekeeping and grounds keeping is impeccable!
Should there be something that goes wrong or isn't right, communication with the host is timely and helpful.
Note this location is not just a quick drive into town, but that is a part of its charm. We particularly enjoy watching the local wildlife. This trip a bald eagle perched multiple times on the pines just in front of the deck.

My sister and I stayed 4 nights for her birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The views of the lake are enchanting and it was nice to have a choice of the small gas fire pit and a full bonfire. We also loved the hot tub and seeing hawks soar overhead while soaking. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I really appreciated Kim’s kindness, responsiveness and flexibility in regards to our communications. I would absolutely stay here again.

This a gorgeous house with even better scenery around it. If your wanting seclusion and great scenery. It’s out of Hot Springs per say but a quick drive your right in the middle of Hot Springs.

From the moment we walked in and shut the door it felt like we had left the world behind. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere and not wanted to leave when it was time to go home… I actually shed tears as we drove away. Coffee on the top deck in the morning and wine in the hot tub in the evening, I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The home is beautifully decorated, the views are unbeatable, the beds are comfortable and the moments spent here unforgettable. There is not one thing the owners of this property have not thought of. The only thing that could have made my stay more perfect would be to have had my dog with me for the evening walks. Maybe next visit I can come I. The summer and take advantage of the lower deck and swimming. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, this place is Heaven on earth.

We rented this cabin to have a “reset” and a getaway. It was absolutely BREATHTAKING. Beautiful view, clean, and the owner thought of everything! A welcome basket, a full binder with any questions you may have, toiletries, the whole nine yards! Definitely take caution of the warnings with the stairs—they are slick when it’s wet (it was raining on our first night) and the stairs down to the lake are pretty narrow. The owners do a wonderful job with signs reminding you & being transparent about this though!

I thought long and hard if I should write a review on this property and the main reason I have slow-rolled my review, is solely out of greed and future envy. I don’t want anyone else to rent this place but ME!!!
This place was fantastic and such an amazing value for the location, ambiance and loveliness of the property.
Although we came to the property in January where we couldn’t utilize the lake, kayaks, etc (all available just too darn cold)…we still made the most out of the amazing deck, hot tub, and fire pits.
I am a hotel/house snob and hoping my review doesn’t keep me from being able to rent this place again come spring because everyone who reads this review will book it up and block my future aspiring dates. ;)
Owners were available 24/7 and easy to work with. Thanks for the wonderful stay! We hope we can see your property soon!

This has a perfect little cottage to stay in just outside of the city of Hot Springs but not a far drive at all. I t truly felt like we were on a little lake cabin in the middle of the woods.

Your beautiful home was the perfect getaway for my husband and I (we hadn't taken a vacation without our children in 7 years! We made a vow on this trip to take time for ourselves at least once a year now and can't wait to book this beautiful secluded cabin again!) The moment we pulled up and saw the christmas tree through the window I knew I had picked the perfect rental... it was truly just magical!! We LOVED all of the outside options... between sitting by the firepit, enjoying our morning coffee with the beautiful lakeview right outside the living room, and the hot tub with a view.... again, truly magical. The host was phenomenal and answered any questions we may have had. The welcome basket with goodies was also the best sweet treat after a long day exploring hot springs. I'd book this rental a million times over!

We went up for a getaway before Christmas. The cabin was decorated so pretty for Christmas. Everything was spotless. It’s views were amazing from the cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect. We felt very welcome there. Mrs. Kim was an excellent host.

My husband and I stayed here to get away for the weekend. It was PERFECT! It was very quiet and secluded. It was spotless and had EVERYTHING we needed! We soaked in the hot tub during the day, built a nice fire in the fire pit at night, and cooked dinner on the grill at the property! It perfectly matches the description on the site. We will definitely plan to come back here!

I fell in love with it online, and it was just perfect when we got there! On the way, I thought are we leaving civilization? But once you are there, you realize you don’t care that it’s a little remote. Such a quiet place, yet an active part of the lake below. Super easy to get to Hot Springs attractions. Talk about feeling like you are in a tree house! The house was spotless! Well stocked with some nice extras I have never encountered before. We loved sitting on the deck playing cards, overlooking the lake. Just stunning! We made a few trips to the lake despite being in our 60s and 70s. The hot tub was also spotless. We had one night where we were in a tornado warning…even that was spectacular! The lightning was a showstopper! Kim is a wonderful host. Had I won the billion dollar Powerball, I was ready to make her an offer she couldn’t refuse lol. It was so perfect we are already booked for next year!
