Everthing was awesome. I would stay there again for sure. Only two things that we were disappointed with. The couch had stains. And the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. Location was perfect. The hot tube was very clean even though we didnt use it. We can't wait to come back.

The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was good for cooking meals. The bedrooms and baths fit our needs perfectly. We were a group of mature active adults who found the location to be very convenient to all Helen had to offer.

This was a perfect girls weekend getaway. Spacious and clean. Might want to upgrade the sofa bed in the living room. Other than that, it was practically perfect in every way.

The setup of the unit was excellent. Definitely had issues with the cleanliness of the property. The floors in the unit were filthy. I walked in my socks the day of arrival and they were filthy. Don’t believe floors were mopped prior to our arrival. The dryer in the unit took over 2 hours to dry towels and 1 1/2 hours for clothes to dry.

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Rooms and accommodations were plenty and bug enough to accommodate us and a few mote even! Super cute, updated and clean! We hope to stay here again sometime in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine Bear Trail. The cabin was well maintained and equipped, just as pictured and described. We had the best sleep ever! The booking company was so professional and provided plenty of details ahead of time. All was organized and detailed. I also appreciated their patience and assistance when we left phones locked inside twice. 😜 We we’re so thankful for whoever answered our distress calls all weekend 🙏🏻

We stayed here for the first weekend of oktoberfest as our yearly vacation. All of our close friends enjoying the festival. The house was spacious for all of us. We enjoyed the hot tub after walking around. The little things that we would have forgotten were provided for us and everything was clean. Thank you so much!

We had a great time during our 4 night stay. Location was quiet and very convenient to town for all our activities. Management very friendly and available if needed. The property is getting "worn" and definatly needs a "freshening".

This property was very clean and well stocked with basic household items. The managament company did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our trip. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great location just a few minutes outside the city of Helen. One thing to note, the upstairs bedroom (which has a king bed, a trundle bed and attached bathroom) does not have a door. The layout of the house makes it private and quiet but just something to be aware of.

Location was great. House was clean. There was some previous damage but nothing that affected livability. Front guard was completely incompetent and said he didn't have any of our info, caused a traffic jam, when I called the renters it turned out they did email the front gate all of our info. No reflection on the property just something to watch out for.

Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was that there had been a storm prior to our arrival so the staff had left us a hotspot for wifi. The area didn’t have strong cell signal for is but the hotspot worked well. Great cabin for a family stay.

Clean! Comfortable! Everything you need for an amazing getaway! Love that it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Well stocked! Hot tub on the back deck was a definite perk! Grill on the front porch was awesome, clean, and tools were provided. Plenty of space for a party of 6 adults.

We really enjoyed the property. The property management was really helpful. The only downfall was no one told me we could bring a trailer. We brought some kayak trailers and spent valuable time trying to figure out what we could do with our trailers in a city we knew nothing about. Luckily the property management let us use their yard but the whole thing could and should have been avoided beforehand when numerous calls and emails were exchanged

This was a cozy little cabin. I would stay here again and would recommend this place. Plenty of space for a family of space. We only had four people but it could sleep a lot more with space without being crowed. Property managers called and emailed just to ensure everything was perfect!

Had a short weekend getaway with a few couples and stayed here. The location is super convenient to town and it was very clean. It was small and cozy but very nice. The space upstairs is very large (master) with 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs. The staff was wonderful to work with -answered all questions timely and professionally.

The Alpine Bear Townhome was great for our weekend visit to Helen, GA for Oktoberfest. Its in a gated community, so you have to submit a decent bit of paperwork and give them vehicle details beforehand. We walked to the "downtown" Helen area (~20 min walk) where a lot of the festivities and shops were. Dollar General was close by and there's another little grocery store in town called Betty's. While the townhome is clean and comfortable enough, the comforters are a bit thin and the townhome doesn't have some things we're used to having provided in a VRBO like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, etc. Not a big deal (and some ppl prefer their own anywhere). They also have a Roku TV in the living room but a Firestick remote so we had to download the Roku app to work the tv. Overall, good price for a nice place close to town!
