This property was beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and the short ride to Fort Lauderdale by the sea. This property has pretty much everything you need to prepare meals and was very special for are family of 9.

It was 5 adults, we had a great time. The house had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The house is beautiful and being out by the oool was relaxing. No noisy neighbors. The hosts were great, if I had any questions or needed anything she answered me right away. We would stay again if in that area. We checked out three beaches and several restaurants and shops. We did a Foodie Tour with Howir from Craft Beet I think it was nice.

Since it rained all week having a large spacious house kept everyone from getting on each others nerve.

Clean, convenient and Sabrina was great.

Property was great for 8 mature ladies to share a week together. The location was also great and the home had plenty of space! There are a lot of "rules" that come with the house, e.g. noise restrictions, trash regs, temp controls, etc. but nothing we had to be concerned about. Sabrina was very responsive to our inquiries/concerns.

The home was extremely comfortable for our group. The house was clean with ample living space and a beautiful kitchen with a gas stove top, large sub zero refrigerator and all the cooking utensils you would need! The backyard views were spectacular where you could enjoy a morning coffee, layout by the pool or have a night cap in the evening! Sabrina, the property manager, was always prompt in responding to my texts and always fulfilled my requests! I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at this property. It had everything we needed for our time at the home and was convenient to restaurants, the beach and other destinations that were on our list to take in. Beds were comfortable and the pool was a welcomed addition after a day in the hot sun. Great place to stay if you are traveling with a lot of people or have a large family.

This house is just as advertised. It is beautiful, clean and perfect for a large family or multi-family. The bedrooms are perfectly spaced out for privacy, pool is amazing and loved the close walk to the ocean. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This rental was more than we expected! Beautiful inside and outside. The pool table room was an added bonus. The teenagers enjoyed this feature a lot! The pool and patio area is large and comfortable. We hired a mobile therapist to come to the house. She set up under the covered patio area and we had massages by the pool. It was like being on an island! Beds were very comfortable. It is a short 2-3 minute drive to the beach. There are a few convenient parking lots by the beach entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

In the end, when we decided to check out a day early to beat the storm, Sabrina refunded the additional night which was unexpected but very much appreciated. I would recommend this to any friends or family and would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

This waterfront home is one of the BEST we have ever rented! A sprawling floor plan with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on one side and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the other side is perfect for family and friends traveling together. Divided by a fully-stocked kitchen, a formal and casual dining area, a laundry nook, a cozy seating area and a pool table, this home exceeded our expectations. The oustide patio area is really lovely; the pool is perfectly heated, a chest of pool toys sits nearby. A shaded seating area, a high-quality grill and plenty of towels, lounge and beach chairs adds to your comfort. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The beds are firm, but comfortable and our 8 guests had zero complaints...quality sheets and extra pillows are an elegant touch. Communication with Sabrina was professional and pro-active. She was very responsive to our questions. Being so close to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and only 10 minutes from the impressive Pompano Beach/ pier/recreation area to the north and Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas to the south made this the ideal spot for us to fulfill our vacation dreams. An attention to detail by "thinking like a guest" makes this rental a stellar choice. We hope to return with more family in the future. BRAVO!

The house was beautiful and very large for 2 families with kids. The neighborhood was great and very close to restaurants and beach. The kids loved the pool and the pool table.

We had a great time at this property. The house is large and well equipped with plenty of space for a larger family. The location is perfect in the Landings section of Lauderdale by the Sea. Quiet and beautifully manicured neighborhood close to the beach in a great section of Fort Lauderdale. Excellent communication with Sabrina. Highly recommended.

The property was perfect, plenty of room and all amenities were spot on. This is a beatiful and safe neighbourhood, with a lovely house, suitable for our party of 6 , but could essily accomodate 8 plus from 5 bedrooms amd 4 baths. We loved it, and would absolutely revommend. Thank you Sabrina!!

Sabrina, was an excellent and very accommodating host. House is big and beautiful, pool is not big but water stays cool regardless of hot temp outside. We spend a lot of time with kids at the pool. Fantastic vacation. We will return for sure.

Beautiful and spacious house for our group of 4 couples and a baby. Well stocked with restrooms that had amazing showers, 2 laundry facilities made laundry task way more efficient. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools to making cooking for a group easy. Coffee pot needs to be listed so you can get right coffee. BEDS WERE THE BIGGEST DISSAPOINTMENT. All were hard and had dips in the center. We rotated sleeping on the couch because our backs were screaming. Pool was amazing and outdoor area was resort like. Overall a great place to get away and close to everything we needed. Would book again if the beds were upgraded. Be careful outside at the outdoor table. Its a step up that should be marked for safety. We had a person fall not paying attention to the step, Sabrina was very prompt in answering any need that we had during our stay.

The house is very spacious, clean and the location is amazing. We loved the privacy of the backyard pool. The house far exceeded our expectations. Great communication with property manager.

This was our first time staying at an ICW home and would definitely be back again, especially to this property. The house was the perfect size for my family with room to spare. The pool was used everyday and the patio was a delightful place to relax. We noticed that a window was cracked upon getting to the property and Sabrina was quick to have it checked out. We also had one minor plumbing issue with a toilet not flushing due to a broken float (no big deal) and she sent a plumber within a few hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we can return in the future!

We needed a 5 bedroom house to house our children, grandchildren and my husband and I. This was perfect distance from the beach...even though the 7 and 2 year old just wanted to stay at the house. We loved the layout of the house, the pool area outside. Perfect for our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood. Mattresses could be updated, but was not a major issue. Nicely furnished kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
