Very clean place, short walk to the lifts and downtown! Very fast responses from Vacasa too! Beds were a little uncomfortable but not a huge deal. The kitchen/living room area was nice with plenty of room and was great to watch shows together in front of the fireplace.

Fabulous Location Property needs a little TLC

The townhome is nice but a little worn out in furniture, carpet, bedding, etc, I was also not aware of being on a major busy road with big trucks. The master bed sheets were good, but the blanket had dust in it. None of the fans were working which is a must have in the summer. But, the service guy brought 4 new fans. Awesome. The top bunk in one room is not useable bc the fan is not high enough. Fan hits you in the head if you sit up. The other bunk bed room has one bed on the floor and 2nd bed is hard to get in & out of. I want to make it clear that we had all adults. It's probably fine for kids. It's a great place, it just needs a major refresh.

Clean property. Kitchen had everything. View amazing. Negative listing says we can use pool and jacuzzis. No key in house because you need key to enter the jacuzzis but positive Vacasa management are super sweet and accomadating w Pool and spa passes

The space and location were good. The place definitely needs updating overall. As a property manager myself, I must say that everything was "a little broken" as one of the guests said. A chair leg was broken but had clearly had attempts made to fix it. The couch is very worn and falling apart. A dresser in the triple bunk room has a leg that falls off constantly making it tip over. The futon in the triple bunk is not suitable as calling it an additional sleeping space. We made it work by putting the futon mattress on the floor and then it was actually reasonable. There were multiple knives and even a salad spinner and yet no reasonably sized spatula for flipping pancakes or moving anything in a pan and no can opener could be found, but multiple wine openers were. There are no "everyday" cups or glasses except like 4 or 5 large glasses. There was an abundance of wine glasses. Smaller or more useful cups/glasses would have been appreciated for everyday use. The vertical blinds by the slider close with the pulley mechanism but do not open without manually moving the blinds. There are significant drafts by all of the sliding doors which made sleeping very chilly on the nights it was below zero. The instructions said to put the dishes in the dishwasher when we left and run it and yet there was no dishwasher detergent provided for such use. On a positive note, the showers were great and nice and hot. It was a reasonable stay, but the details are lacking in attention.

Aged vertical blinds in LR nonfunctional, stair and LR carpet worn, frayed, and soiled, only entrance is through garage by Keycode, and poor heat delivery in downstairs bedrooms.

Great location, perfect spot for a Breckenridge weekend!

This place was dirty and smelled bad. The lock on the sliding door was broken so my young child could get out onto the deck that is by a busy street. Wi-Fi didn’t work. No info on how to access the pool. I reported problems to the property manager and Vacasa and got no response. It was so gross we left early and lost money.
