Histórica casa Registro # 21 en Pass A Grille. Disfrutar de puestas de sol en el porche delantero y la parrilla en el patio trasero privado. Pasos de la playa blanca de paso de una reja. Cruce de la playa situado en 6th Avenue. Dos bloques de más de 8th Avenue.
Cuenta con un dormitorio con cama grande y contiguo baño de abajo. Arriba hay un dormitorio tipo loft con dos camas y un medio baño. TV en todas las habitaciones, Wi-Fi y por cable. Lo llamamos el Loft Cottage en es pintoresco y acogedor encanto. El patio cercado tiene una mesa de comedor y parrilla. Durante la temporada de tomar unas cuantas naranjas frescas de naranjo.
Hay sillas de playa, toallas de playa y ropa de cama adicional para cada cama. Un montón de toallas y en las instalaciones de lavadora y secadora.

We stayed at Susan’s house steps from the turquoise sugar sand beach for a week and loved every minute of it. Great place and great host. Highly recommended for the folks who like a simple life. For us it was great. The cottage is literally 100 steps to the beach. Two blocks from the 8th st where the restaurants and shops are. 5 min bike ride to Don Cesar. We enjoyed Dali museum and Busch Gardens. Food and drinks and gorgeous sunsets that you can see right there every evening. It’s a fairy tale!

Super cute historical cottage! Great location, away from all the hub bub. Truly relaxing. A block walk to the beach. And you can see the ocean (small area) and the Intracostal Waterway both from the front yard. Thanks Susan for a great stay.

Memories of childhood Florida at this precious Historic cottage. Seashell tones and Gulf blue greens surround guests staying here. We loved retreating to the cool as much as much as appreciating the nostalgia of this jewel peninsula. Our favorite of all the Florida beaches.

Wonderful stay in this cozy cottage! Susan (the owner) was amazing to work with and very kind. Cottage is from the 1920's displaying wonderful history with all the modern amenities. Located in a perfect location on 6th avenue very close to beach, bay, restaurants and shopping! Backyard area is great with plenty of seating, grill, and party lights. Can't wait to stay here again!
