This was our second time staying at this condo and enjoyed our time there both times. Great view, great location. Host are easy to work with!!

Condo was great! It was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked, the double sliding balcony doors were awesome and the views were great. The facility (Peck Plaza) and all the amenities appeared to be well maintained, the staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and our property management contact, April, was great. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We were overall very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and updated with amazing views from each bedroom. The only downside is there was only one elevator working the entire week which made things a little complicated at times.

Great week in Daytona Beach Shores. Excellent condo with great ocean view and nice decor. Very good condo for two couples. Quiet condo. Great location close to lots of activities and restaurants. Owner was in contact with us during our stay. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Hello, We needed to get away from our busy life, you know to decompress, relax, not answer the phones, etc. I had been looking for a unit/home that had that feeling of relaxation and comfort and this unit had it ALL! My husband and I loved the decor, the color pallet, the finishes, they just did a wonderful job with this condo. We walked on the beach which we loved doing and to hear the waves, we stayed in the condo most of the time. Thank you Dennis, Carmen and April!

My wife and I were intrigued by Peck Plaza due to how different it is from other structures. The amenities were amazing and Daytona Beach is stunning!! It was very fun driving on the beach too. We will be back... thank you Dennis and Carmen!!

The overall stay was great, property is beautiful. Only a few things I’d change. The key fob to get out of the building. Maybe do pin pads with codes instead of fobs.

This condo was perfect for my family. The rooms were spacious, well furnished and well stocked with all the necessities. The ocean views were stunning. Easy access to the beach, pool, gym, and game rooms. Very centrally located for easy trips to restaurants and attractions. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely be booking Peck Plaza again.

We spent the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. April was great to work with for the check-in process. We checked in Christmas Day and wanted to disrupt her day as little as possible. We communicated our arrival time and it worked out for us to check in as soon as she completed cleaning the unit from the previous guest so we picked up an extra half day of beach time.
The unit itself is beautiful! Tastefully decorated and high quality. The view is wonderful! I spent each morning watching the sky turn from dark to a glorious sunrise. We had absolutely no issues or problems. Weather was exceptional during our entire stay and we had amazing dinners at various restaurants. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

My husband and sister and brother-in-law stayed at 5SE Peck Plaza for our birthday. Dennis and Carmen were the best. The property was spotless when we arrived and the location couldn't have been any better. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Woke up every morning except Sunday to construction going on up under us. It was awful. Drills, hammers etc starting at 8:30 am.

Our Condo at 5-SE Peck Plaza was absolutely perfect! Furnishings and decor were up to date and in great condition... extremely clean and comfortable. The pool area and deck areas were also well kept and very nice. The staff at Peck were very personable, friendly and very helpful. Beach access was easy. Great views from all areas. Thank you Dennis and Carmen for making the process of renting so easy and for making us feel at home. I highly recommend that others rent from you as they will not be disappointed! Simply the best!

Everything was as smooth as you can ever imagine. Owners were in contact to make sure everything was ready for check in, Adam was very, very, very attentive on anything we had questions about. Unmatched location. Great access to beach, will be returning for another stay!!!!!

Rented the condo Saturday-Saturday the last week of March 2021. Mostly was to get away somewhere warm and work. From what we were told the building had significant damage a few years back from a hurricane and is being remodeled. The unit we were in felt brand new. Two spacious bedrooms, the entire unit was surrounded by windows with a complete ocean view. Nice kitchen with a Kuerig. WiFi included but with three of us working, did cut out from time to time.Some of the things in the building were still in progress. Underground parking open. Restaurant at the very top of the building just opened while we were there (very nice bar area and plenty of seating with views of the ocean from high above). Pool area and deck still under work, though pool is open, not hot tub.Area is about 3-4 miles south of the boardwalk. Quieter but plenty of options for dining and a grocery store close by.Would go back.

This was a great place to vacation with other family and friends. Great eye pleasing decor with soft accents, the kitchen had the necessary equipment, recliners in the living room to support a little group down time, and much more. The layout supports privacy as the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit. And... The view from both bedrooms is amazing! We loved the location and appreciated being next to the entry to drive vehicles onto the beach. (Nice to have the option to load up the chairs, cooler, etc versus carrying it all down.)
