Where do we start - everything was simply amazing!! We began working with Jessica early in 2023 in renting the location and letting her know we would be using it as a wedding site and place for family and friends to stay together over the weekend. Jessica was very helpful, prompt, and responsive. We had very good vibes from her from the beginning. We toured the location prior to our special day and were awestruck at the beauty, energy, and openness of the location. Our wedding was the November 11 2023 and every guest we had simply loved the accommodations. During our stay we stayed in communication with Jessica who remained responsive and attentive. The site was simply beautiful and well maintained and fit our needs perfectly. I highly recommend this site and it is perfect for an intimate wedding. Rating a solid 5 stars!!

The house is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly spacious and perfectly equipped for large groups! My husband and I got married in a private ceremony and rented this space for a weekend celebration just a few days later. It was nothing short of perfect- simply unforgettable! I would return again and again :)

The house is beautiful. We rented for 14 to 16 persons. I contacted the owner regarding supplies for the house. No complain regarding linens and towels, but one roll of paper towels for so many for 4 days. Also limited supply of toilet paper. No hangers in closets. One tea spoon for so many. Also , there were spider webs on the windows mostly outside as well as in living room and dinning room. The lower outside level not clean full of leaves. The extra refrigerator was not very clean.

Location was awesome and rooms were perfect. The only issues were there were not enough towels for the amount of guests and no towels in the kitchen. Dishwasher did not work. The space was very good for over 25 guests but kitchen table could be a little bigger

We had such a fun few days together as a family at this beautiful property. We loved staying in what we fondly called “our tree house”, and the grand kids thought it was completely the coolest place ever! There is plenty of space to spread out, while feeling cozy at the same time. We absolutely loved our stay and would suggest it to anyone who might be looking for a place for their family and or friends to gather.

We totally loved the house, it was in a perfect location for us. We have family that lives in the area and we were able to visit with them and go to New Braunfels, Gruene and Seguin without having to go to far. We definitely plan to rent again. The only thing I felt was the house cleaning could have been better. But other than that it was a great time for all.

Had a blast with our family of 28! The house has so many beds and sofa beds that made it very comfortable for everyone. The only downside was that the water in the river was ridiculously low.... At no fault of the property owners of course. Great experience overall since all we care about is spending time with family.

The house and property are amazing! The house is elevated so you feel like you’re in a treehouse. The layout is perfect for a large family. Plenty of room for everyone and everything you need. We would love to stay here again!

This place was advertised as great but it was SO MUCH BETTER than I could have asked for! A great place for multiple people and every room was perfect. I’m ready to book for next year!!!

This property was much more than the listing showed, beautiful, well maintained and large enough for our group to have plenty of room. The water is low due to dam issues but that did not take away from our time there. If you are considering this property, just do it! You will not be disappointed.

Great stay. Met our needs. Some of the beds were a little small to have 2 per bed, but we made it work and will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Great room is huge and open so whole family could gather and hang out. All bedrooms were large with large bathrooms attached and fully stocked. Plenty of parking for everyone. We could not of had a better time.

The house and rooms are big and spacious. Open livingroom space and kitchen with nice view of the river. We had four families and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and sitting around the firepit. The kids enjoyed playing pingpong. Owner was quick to respond to questions we had. Will definitely recommend this house.

We rented the house for a family gathering of 20+ and had an amazing time! The house was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful views of the lake with easy access to fishing was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at the property over thanksgiving break. The rooms are large and spacious with every room having 2 beds. The owner is very responsive. The living room was very spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The beds and comforters were very clean. The owner had decorated the property very nicely for the holidays. The neighborhood is quiet and the property overlooks the Guadalupe river.
The bathroom locks were a bit tricky but we managed. The tvs were difficult to operate but we adjusted by spending time with each other instead. Overall I will rate the property well.

A beautiful and spacious home! We had a large family gathering and this place was perfect for several couples and kiddos. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. The lodge has enough indoor and outdoor space for all of the adults and kids. The area below the house made for a great setup for outdoor dining and hanging. We loved sitting around the fire at night. We’ll be back next year!
