One of the best places. Host was easy to deal with but had stayed in a Marketplace before so that helped with the ends and outs of checkin. Thanks Jeff

Reed was very helpful and this place was great! Location was perfect, so many options just walking out your door and view from the patio was wonderful. We had 6 adults and more than enough room, everyone had a fantastic time, we would definitely stay here again

We were there to see fall color. Stunning, spent the entire day at the Park Hyatt across from the condo, great fall discounts. All of us loved the condo layout and the kitchen was well appointed. I would recommend this unit to anyone:)

This condo worked great for our whole family - 6 adults and 3 grandchildren (2 under the age of 2). The unit is spacious and workable sleeping space for all of us. The location is ideal being in the center of village/hikes/restaurants and quick drive to a fantastic park/beach/lake in Avon. Reed was easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two weeks over the 4th of July. Great location where kids can run freely around the village. Lots of activities such as ping ping and concerts right outside your door, but still quiet inside the condo. The kids very much enjoyed the bunk room. Would stay again!

I can't recommend this property, or property manager enough. It is steps away from the base of the mountain. You can actually see the living room window when standing on the base. Reed went out of his way to help with check in and making sure we had all we needed.
The finishes are beautiful, and very high end. In addition, it is so well stocked. All you need is your luggage. Everything else is provided.

We’ve been to Beaver Creek 10 times and this is our favorite rental of them all. It’s a great location, great condo, and overall great experience. We will definitely be booking the same unit next year!

We loved this property. Amazing location and comfortable for all 12 of us!! Ski in/out was easy and the kids loved walking down to the ice skating rink!! Great family vacation!!

Property was GREAT. Bigger than we expected. Very clean. All updated. Everything that we needed for cooking was in the condo. Charlie/Reed, the property managers, were very helpful when we arrived. This has to be one of the best locations in Beaver Creek. The pictures are accurate. It's in the middle of the village. Short walk around the ice skating rink, up two escelators and you are at the ski school. Gondola is right there also. Nothing negative about this property if you can afford it.

Location could not be better to enjoy all the Beaver Creek Resort has to offer. 3 minute walk up to Centennial Lift and all the restaurants yet quiet as well. Big spacious condo perfect for 7 adults and 2 kids. Reed and Charlie were amazing hosts with excellent communication and hospitality helping us get checked in and situated as well. 10/10

We had a wonderful ski trip here over new years. Family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. The unit is really spacious and has a great layout for shared guests. Loved the large living/dining area, and easy to retreat to each bedroom with en suite bathrooms and their own TVs. Having the balcony directly facing the ice skating rink is really festive. Great during NYE.
It's a short ~3-5min walk up two escalators and you're right at the ski school drop off. Or can take the elevator straight down to street level for easy ride share/shuttle pickups. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The property manager, Reed, extended a warm welcome and met us at the location to get us into the garage and get us settled at the condo. This was a white glove service! The condo is very spacious and easily accommodated 7 adults and 4 kids. The benefit is that we we were overlooking the main city square and had access to the Hyatt hotel facilities, bars and restaurants…including a swimming pool and a playground for kids! The property had everything you need, extra blankets, candles, cleaning supplies, kitchen amenities, etc. So well done, we would highly recommend this management company and condo!

Odor in the kitchen sink made it impossible to cook in the unit. Not even a cork screw. Had to go to a restaurant downstairs to open a bottle of wine. 2 hair dryers for 4 bathrooms! Sheets were threadbare. A big air conditioning unit taking up a lot of the balcony. Great location but not worth the money charged compared to other properties we have stayed at. The master bedroom had 2 soft, used contact lenses on the nightstand! Not cleaned obviously! Shower head had NO pressure in it. If I had had thicker hair I could never have washed the suds out!! This unit needs a total renovation. Fabulous location but it needs a ton of work to get up to snuff. Very dissatisfied.

Beautiful property in perfect location! Plenty of space for our extended family: grandparents, 2 couples, and 4 teenagers. We loved being able to walk to everything (hiking/biking, restaurants, shopping) and sitting on the balcony to watch the action in the square below. Property manager was helpful and communicated in timely fashion. Very comfortable property - highly recommend!

Pictures don’t do it justice! The space was much larger (especially the den sitting area and dining area) that portrayed in the photos. 6 people (3 couples) had plenty of room to relax and watch the Masters Golf Tournament (very large TV) after skiing and also plenty of room to eat and play games at the dining room table. Short walk to the Hilton hot tub/pool. Awesome balcony view of the skating rink and market(s). Exceeded our expectations.

Not only is this condo located in a perfect Village/ski location, it also is extremely new, modern and clean--with all the amenities anyone could want!!. Yet while the location and ambiance are indeed 5 star, the care from Reed and Charlie is ABOVE 5 STAR. Just one example-- My wife left her jewelry at the condo and did not realize it until shortly before we were to board our plane at Vail/Eagle. I called Reed and explained the problem. Within minutes, he found the jewelry and sent it UPS overnight so that she got her jewelry the very next day!! That is extraordinary service that is rare in these days!! I highly recommend both the unit as well as the managers. That combination assures a fantastic and memorable vacation. Mat

This condo had the best location at Beaver Creek. Reed was really helpful and the condo exceeded all our expectations! Our 4 grandkids were able to walk to ski school and we all enjoyed the mountain including the 3pm cookies at the base.

Fantastic living space with open concept and great views. Reed, the property manager met us onsite for checkin and brought us humidifiers the next day as it was so dry for us (we forget how dry CO is). Thermostats in every room were great and the fireplaces were easy as well. Only thing you need to bring is coffee for the coffee maker and lotion for your skin and maybe a small first aid kit if you are accident prone. Everything else is provided. Great location and great views. So easy to get to ski school if you need. We didn’t end up using the Park Hyatt spa membership though we intended to. Loved our stay!!! Thank you!

Facilities excellent. I will suggest small dehumidifiers for the rooms and a better mattres for the in the 4th room, but does change my mind for the magnificent apartment.

First of all, I must say I was amazed with the awesome location right in the center of a Beaver Creek Village overlooking the ice rink. Could not have been better. Some of our group were non-skiers so they were happy to be able to take the elevator down to the artists galleries and many many shops and restaurants around the ice rink. There was a private ski locker for us and Charlie and Reed were great communicators and were readily available. It was so nice to walk about one minute to the children’s ski school and be able to hop on the gondola/chairlift without getting in our car or a shuttle. I was amazed that Beaver Creek has escalators and you don’t have to walk any stairs! Many new updated furnishings too! The pictures accurately display the condo. Thank you Charlie, we will be back later in the ski season and summer!

I have stayed at many condos and this is by far one of the best that I have visited. The location has everything you could want for an epic ski trip. There are convenient elevators that will take you to the heated parking deck; however, we did not need it. Everything we needed was right down stairs. There is a grocery store, tons of restaurants, shopping, rentals, gym, heated pools, hot tubs, and firepit lounges everywhere. As for the condo itself, it is very clean with awesome cozy decor and furnishing. The balcony that overlooks the ice skating rink was definite plus! The slopes are about a 2 min walk from the condo. I would highly recommend it as we have already reserved another stay.

This property was a dream! My husband and I have been coming to BC for years, but this was our first time staying in the heart of the village. We were able to walk to the slopes, ski school, and all the restaurants. The balcony overlooks the ice rink - we loved sitting outside and watching the skaters! The unit is really well decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need and plenty of space for a large group. We look forward to coming back and staying here!
