Very clean and organized. VACASA made this last minute stay easy and flawless. Studio with bay view, full small fridge, microwave, sink and dishes and cutlery for 4. Cons: blackout curtains needed two more panels in order to completely block out the sun and/ or a secondary source if shutting out light and observers. Studio bed was a double not a queen and was very soft too soft for most. Perfect for a couple or a family of four with small children. For this Mom and teen it was pushing things for privacy to get dressed. Toilet was beauty but flushed only if hold down the buttons for longer than normal. Would stay again in a heartbeat at this or any Pirates Bay Condos!

great place for a couple's getaway

This was a much lower price point than some other listings. It was a decent place but When we checked in there was already sand all over the floor and the kitchen table, but then again you’re in a beach town and it’s everywhere. They sent someone to touch it up on our last day and she replaced our towels but the towels smelled of smoke. The location was not on the beach, it is a short drive so it was very manageable but you have to go early to get decent beach access. I’m the pool area was nice and the view was beautiful. The local area is very nice. We took our kids to Wild Willys Adventures-don’t recommend this at all-but there are several other places within a short driving radius for the kids. The company checked in but there were 3 different text checkin’s I received in our 4 day stay and none of them were on the same page. One actually had my room number wrong and I had to send a picture of my email to prove it. For the price it was a decent stay.

Hi I’m so in loved with this property!! The owner contacted me twice to make sure our trip was going well ! And to see if their was anything that we needed to make our stay better!! The home is so cozy and nice overlook at Marina. The guests around us was so nice and friendly as well. We love the laundry room being so close and the storm door also was very nice extra sign of security. The only thing that would top it off would be a stove top or air fryer !!

This unit was cute & clean! The location is ideal and within walking distance to a number of restaurants. The pool was well maintained and fantastic for days the beach had red flags. Great view of the bay side from the balcony! We utilized the marina/dock for fishing as well which was a plus. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows supplied. There are only a couple cons and they are minor at that — there is no closet or area to hang clothing, and the kitchen although small, could really use a one burner cooktop, toaster oven, or air fryer, given there is only a microwave for cooking. Overall we definitely felt at home & would stay here again!
