We enjoyed our family gathering in southern UT for Thanksgiving. It works out great as we come north and our kids come south to meet in the middle. We enjoyed the gown Christmas parade on Saturday and a Craft Bazaar they have every year at this time. We also got in some BF shopping in Cedar and St George. Great location to do lots of good stuff. Some of the family even went down to Vegas for a football game but spent two overnights there. Worked perfect for them

We have stayed here multiple times an absolutely love it! The house is large but feels cozy. The porches are lovely to sit on and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The orchard in the back is idyllic!

The place was old but nice. The front picture window was cracked all of the way from top to bottom. There was chewed up gum and a wrapper on the dresser when we arrived. (gross)
The most uncomfortable thing was that people coming and going in the garage with no way to lock the door between the garage and house. Made for an uncomfortable feeling. We left Monday at 9:45 an

Lots of rooms and beds so everyone had her own space. Stayed here during a trip for Cedar Breaks at Night Half Marathon in August & downstairs was stuffy due to no A/C; luckily two upstairs rooms had window units. Easy to find with plenty of parking & friendly neighbors. Plenty of thick fluffy towels & comfortable beds! Drain in tub of master bath needs attention. Lots of extras in the kitchen and a full cupboard of games & puzzles.

Comfortable rooms, good for family groups. Only suggestion for older adults, hand rail up stairs and safety bar in down stairs bedroom. Front door window needs a blind or cover-up of some kind. lawn needed cutting and some broken sprinkler heads need repair. Enjoyed the house.

We really appreciated that the house was fully furnished with plates, bowls, utensils etc. Plenty of sleeping accommodations. Plenty of hot water, towels and toiletries. Thanks for the great stay.

The house itself was charming. It was comfortable, cozy. There were just 4 of us but this would be a great place for a family vacation.
