The property itself and location is great. There were a few things that could be better...the mattresses were uncomfortable to sleep on, the downstairs showers were barely luke warm which was awful when the weather is cold and the kitchen is roach infested as well as the living room area.......very gross.

The property can be very deceiving (in a good way). The property is spacious and decorated very nicely. The rooftop furniture needs some attending to and the house should be exterminated. Otherwise, very nice and the manager and Vacasa team were very responsive. We appreciated our stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our vacation at ‘All Bay no work’- amazing views of the bay, super clean rooms, nice backyard and roof top deck. We ended up lounging with the water view most of the time. Lucky to see a couple of dolphins. Morning sunrise over the water is almost perfect!-Great location- close to Kemah boardwalk and 20 min from stuart beach. Thanks Vacasa and Mariott Vacations for making this a memorable stay!

Property, Location, and view are great. Clean except for finding 8 live Cockroaches over a 3 night stay and beds that made my 35-year-old back ache. Hot tub worked, nice fishing dock and bar/grill a very short walk away.

Easy to find. Booked for 2 nights.Beautiful property, matches description and photos. Views are stunning. No issues with privacy with no curtains or blinds as lounge area is on 1st floor not ground level.
Very clean apart from mouldy coffee maker.
Messaged Vacasa re mould plus about no washing pods and no kettle and no hairdryer.
Advised no hairdryer at property ?
Also Vacasa did not reply to my last message !

The property is very nice the kitchen area is beautiful. I wish i would have made it on time and not the next day but the area made up for it.. the local gentlemens club and the restaurants are great.

We loved the new feel of the place: the paint was new, the floors were new, the fixtures sparkled. We also liked some nice touches, like the beach motif of the art and the luggage racks in each room. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was extremely convenient. The rooftop deck was great, and would be really enjoyable on warm days.

We only stayed for a few days, but it was so worth it. We had the most amazing views and the kids loved the outdoor area on the roof

We enjoyed our stay here. The layout was functional since every bedroom has its own bathroom. The showers all have rain showerheads, nice, unless you are a person that doesn't wash their hair every day. In this case, you'll need a showercap bc it's impossible to get clean while keeping your hair dry otherwise. Walking distance to Noah's Ark restaurant and a little pier we crabbed off of. 20 min drive to Space Center Houston and 10 min to Kemah Boardwalk. Don't plan on cooking any elaborate feasts here, the tools aren't there for anything more than basic meals. Washer and dryer are new and work well.

Positive: Located in a convenient location. Nice nice view of the water. New furnishings. Fun restaurant within walking distance Negative: This home is not for small children! Huge gap between stairs and rooftop terrace. No window coverings in living room so your in a fish bowl at night and blinding sun in the morning. Floors were filthy. Needs exterminator service. Open cereal box and half full sugar in kitchen cabinet so that was probably attracting bugs.

I love the view when the sun rise and went down over the water beautiful. The top view was set up nice to view every spot of the town.
