Our family had a wonderful time! Brought our boat, nice spacious driveway to park it in and a two minute drive to the launch! Very clean and nicely decorated! The only issue we had was our door code to get in did not work when we arrived. We had to drive to find coverage where we could call customer service. They did change it for us though; that was the only hiccup!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean, had everything we needed and provided plenty of space for us. It’s actually a 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, which I don’t believe is in the listing. The views of the lake were lovely with an evening glass of wine. My husband did the Donner Lake Triathlon this weekend and it was just close enough to get there easily and just far enough to be quiet and secluded. I would love to stay here again for our next trip to Donner.

We had a couple of problems: 1 - The sheets on one of the beds had a large stain on it. It appeared that the sheet had been washed, but the stain was very visible. There were no extra sheets in the house and we had to contact Turnkey several times to get a clean set of sheets. 2 - the refrigerator was cool but not cold, again contacted TurnKey, someone was supposed to come and look at it, that did not happen. 3 - there quite a lot of rodent droppings on the deck, it would probably be a good idea to have housekeeping check the deck before they leave.

We highly recommend this property! The house has a great view of Donner Lake and big windows and decks to take advantage of it. We found the location right off 80 freeway to be super convenient. Also the home is well maintained, clean and appointed with everything you need. Very comfortable.

We had an amazing time at this cabin. The lake view is so peaceful from the deck and dining room. We made a fire in the wood stove a couple nights too which was so cozy. Amazing patio furniture. :) I'm a total foodie so I was happy to have such a full set up for cooking, serving and dining. They even have it stocked with tons of glassware including wine and champagne glasses. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. The oven was needing to be fixed (broken screen) but the property management helped us out completely. They were very easy to reach. They were a little short on blankets so they stopped by with a giant handful of extra bedding. I would absolutely stay here again.
