We stay for 4 days . Great resort and fantastic for families . First time we book with vacasa via Wyndham. Great experience.

Horrible smell in the condo , cigarette smell ,unable to stay the smell was so bad. We have been calling for 3 days for a refund, no response.

VRBO/owner failed to reply to both my text and email regarding adding an extra day and later on postponing my stay due to unsafe driving and snow conditions. A simple yes or no was all I requested so I expected the courtesy of a reply.

Nice, clean unit. Wonderful place for easy access skiing. Could've used a roll of paper towels but besides that everything was great.

When there was a power ourage at the hotel I called the turnkey customer service to see if we check out earlier if we can get partial refund. The customer service person was very rude.

This condo is in a resort hotel. The king bed is very comfy but the pull out really is not. The bathroom is huge with a separate soaking tub. Just an efficiency kitchen, very basic

We always stay with turnkey for our annual squaw valley vacation
Condo was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The only thing I have a problem with is the towels
Apparently the Hyatt resort does not supply extra towels for the unit so 3 days of using the same towels is not ok. We were told we could wash them in the laundry room provided for guests but with the price we paid on a daily basis for the condo I feel we should at least have clean towels though out our visit
Otherwise our stay was fun and we will be booking again for next year

This is a pretty good location and a good unit on the fifth floor. However, they did not disclose certain things like a $40 per day resort fee not to mention $20 per day and parking. Also, the owner could leave a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. In addition, it would be nice to have more than one blanket for the guests to use for the sofa bed pull out.

Room was as advertised and communication was extensive. Great location for skiiing and pools/hot tubs are great.
