If you forgot our marvelous United States constitution was signed into effect Sept 17 th 1787. Grand lake is the leader in celebrating this wonderful document. Our clean, comfy, condo was just across the street where many of the lectures were held. So we walked and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The condo was very very clean and had all we needed for our stay. The management company was helpful and easy to locate. Thank you to the owners for sharing this perfect little place so perfectly located for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo Lazy Bear was clean, with new appliances, plenty of space, and usable pans and cutlery. The price was reasonable and worth the stay. The only down sides were that the grill had a cracked propane pipe and was unusable, and the mattresses on the beds were on the extreme hard side. Everything else was solid.
