Clean property. No issues. Communication with management company was easy and helpful. Easy to walk to main street in town

Wonderful place. Walking distance to town. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, platters, and everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We loved having a heater control in each room so everyone could be comfortable! Fireplace was an added plus during the cold temperatures. Note: There is not a washer/dryer for guests.

It was a comfortable place with plenty of sleeping places. The kitchen was well stocked and exceeded our expectations. It is three blocks from Grand Avenue. The grill worked well and big enough to cook a family dinner. Katie Ellis was great to work with and answered all of our concerns.
The biggest disappointment was the fire pit. We spent the first two days trying to make it work. After we found out there were spare tanks, it rained the rest of the week so I’m not sure if it works. Also the corn hole bags were unusable because they were covered in mold.

House is lovely. Well and thoughtfully stocked. Only issue is the windows are difficult to open and some are in need of repair/work.
Our family loved it and look forward to next year continuing the tradition.

Beautiful cottage walking distance to Main Street. The host left many special touches and recommendations. We loved our stay and will book again in the summer

Grand Lake is truly a hidden gem! My friends and I thought this rental was perfect. Love that it was within walking distance to town as well as hiking trails. The only bummer was that the upstairs bathroom was out of order, but everything else about our stay was fantastic.

We loved how close this was to Grand Ave (main street.) Nice place. Windows are drafty and house took about one day to warm up where we felt comfortable (with heat and fire.) Overall, very nice.

Very cute property, worked well for out group of 7. Kids and adults enjoyed the corn hole and Bocci. Kids loved doing laps on the bocci court wall. Gas fire pit and grill were great.

Property is tidy and clean. This is just for a heads up and not a pro or con: beds are on the hard side so if you are used to a soft bed just know these are on the harder side. If you like fluffy pillows bring yours from home as these were on the flatter side. Everything is as listed in the details of the property. We cooked a few meals and all cooking supplies we needed were readily available.
