We just stayed one night in Breckenridge but this condo had the convenience of everything we could possibly need!

This cute studio is exactly like pictured, it was very clean, modern, bed was super comfy. It was perfect for 2 people, and or 2 small children, would not recommend 4 adults. It overlooks the mountain, and is a very short walk to the lift which is great. Parking was provided but very tight for large trucks to manuever in. Close to town.
They have very nice clubhouse, spa area, which we did not use, but lots of hottubs, sauna and steam room. We would definately stay here again. Loved it.

Wonderful experience! The room and ammeneties were all very clean and tidy. And the view, which is my favorite feature of any place I travel to, was incredible.
My only complaint would be the App based key. However, the app got easier the more I used it. The host was very responsive regarding my questions and made it easy.

We stayed a week at this beautiful condo. Right in town so we walked everywhere
View of mountain was what we wanted and it was good.
We ate in most of the time and kitchen had all ee needed.
Check in and out was easy
Out host gave us ideas for hikes and things to do which we did and were great!
Lots of fresh air and outdoor activities which we wanted

Location is excellent. It was quiet. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was just as pictured and described. Host was very responsive and communicated clearly. Key and parking pass were easy to pick up in lock box. Would definitely stay in this unit again. A+.

We really enjoyed the location at the base of Peak 9, super walkable to the slopes. The corner view of the mountains and ski school was amazing. The hot tubs, pool, and sauna + steam room were very much enjoyed by the family. Short walk to main street as well.
The owners were very responsive to messages and requests. Recommend the location and this specific property to anyone looking at staying in Breck.

Close to a lift so easy ski in / out. Exactly how it was described. Perfect for two. We had a lovely stay.

The condo is nice and clean. The bed is great. Just be aware, you’ll have to bring/buy coffee filters and coffee for the coffee maker. No spices, oils or sweeteners, etc. Lots of alarm clocks with outlet access for charging devices. 4th floor unit so view is nice but kind of limited by the building shape. The owner/manager was amazing to communicate with before, during and after my stay. So nice!

Nice place; convenient to slopes. Magnetic keys did not work very well until the property management folks delivered new ones. Parking is a premium in Breckenridge so only problem I had was the early check out on the last day skiing...having to load up early and then find parking - was not fun or convenient. Had I not been dealing with young kids in ski school...might have been less hectic. Great skiiing and good times.

Awesome View. This condo is in a perfect location with spectacular picture window of views of the ski mountain and children’s ski school. The condo is a corner unit which has so much light but also very quiet which we really appreciated. We slept so well in the bed and the condo had everything we needed. The couch has plenty of space for us to spread out. We really appreciated the high-end equipment in the workout area. The health club is new and more like a high-end spa. Amazing waterfalls in the hot tubs and loved the dry and steam sauna. The pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, fireplace and TV’s and indoor/outdoor pool allow families to relax and just have fun and hang out and enjoy the view. I will be back with my kids and can’t wait to wave at them at ski school from the warm condo! The best place I have stayed in Breck!

This property was in a great location for skiing and downtown in walking distance. You do not have to drive once you are there! Loved that the front desk will check skis complimentary. Owner was very quick to get back to us with any questions! We loved it!

We loved the condo, and had amazing views. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was a short walk and the food was amazing! Breakfast and Blue Moose were great choices for breakfast. We will be back.

Almost everything about our stay- from the apartment itself to the location, building staff, etc. were phenomenal. The only down-side was the extremely loud construction just outside the window. We understood that it was necessary for the building, but we’d be lying if we didn’t say that it put a damper on the peaceful mountain view- which after all was the reason we were there. Outside of that, the apartment was beautiful, cozy, clean, and most importantly ACCURATE to the listing. Thank you for providing us with a memorable getaway!

Andre and Nick were so pleasant and helpful. We had issues with the window and cable several nights and they sent someone up to help in minutes of our complaint. Always ready to give us directions and recommend restaurants. Two of the most pleasant young men I’ve dealt with.

We stay in Breckenridge every year, and location is important if your looking to walk to restaurants, trails, and the lift. Building is older, but most condos in or around Main Street are. Location is excellent, view is amazing, and communication from Jeff was top notch from initial booking all the way to departure. Perfect spot for a couple or single traveling to Breck.

We stayed here for a long weekend and found the condo was really nicely updated throughout (not just the one picture like some others do!). Everything was done well for updates. Close to lifts, hot tubs onsite. They even thought of little things like humidifier, ceiling fan, iPod doc, CD player, etc.

Great place close to everything easy access to skiing in town. The only issue we had was it was warm when we were staying there, and there was no air conditioning in the room. We quickly we quickly learned how to use the windows to regulate the heat. besides the heat issue everything was wonderful

We loved the apartment and the location! 2 min walk to the lift and ski school. Just perfect for 2 people!
