Checked all the boxes for a comfortable stay close to the beach. Every bed was very comfortable, we all slept really well. Kitchen was well equipped, and being a block from the grocery store made using the kitchen our go to for our stay. Pool was well kept. Beach access is very close, and the wagon at the place made going to the beach with all of the required beach accessories a breeze. Would undoubtedly book again if in the area. Thank you!

The place was amazing. The pictures didn’t do it justice. However, my big issue: no door on the master bath.

Quiet area, clean living space, new look and feel. My only complaint and as silly as it sounds is the garbage can in the kitchen. It’s hard to pull the trash bag out without ripping the bag. Otherwise I’d highly recommend this unit. Even being as close to the elevator it wasn’t an issue. Wish there was a view from the balcony but we knew that going in.

I reserved this property for out of town guests attending my daughters wedding. Our guests said it was very comfortable and thought the house was perfect.

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will come back.

I have rented many homes and this by far was the most expensive and had the most fees tact on after you booked. It is a beautiful home, just absolutely no extras. Usually, the rental homes have some games and puzzles, a booklet on things to do in the area. this place left us with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag and glass on the floor that my Grandson and I both walked on and got in our feet. One of the bedroom doors would not shut so the guest had no privacy. Just a very unwelcoming place to stay. an example of the last place I stayed at in Indian Rocks Beach. Greeted us with 2 chilled glasses and a bottle of wine, some chocolate, rolls of Toilet paper, kitchen essentials and treats for our dog. It was very welcoming when you walked in made it where you did not want to leave. I would never rent here again, way too expensive for what you get.

If you want a clean condo close to the beach this is the one for you. We enjoyed a short stay and this condo was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen has everything you may need to prepare a meal. The condo is close to a grocery store and you can walk to a few restaurants and bars. Parking was ample and the fact that it is dog friendly is wonderful. The view from the condo is directly into another condo but the balcony is large and has comfy furniture to enjoy the outside. We would definitely book this condo again!
