The house was very nice, the backyard was amazing. The owners left many nice touches including water bottles, wine, pancake mix, coffee, spices, baggies, oil, and they even had an electric hot water kettle and tea! The property does have a lot of stairs which weren’t obvious in the pictures but it worked out fine! Would definitely rebook if in the area!

Great property for a family or group! This house has a lot of space and plenty of activities. It is stocked with all of the basic necessities which sets it apart from most properties. Access to most downtown and local attractions is easy.
Jami is a great host! Very responsive and checks in to make sure all of your needs are met.

The house was perfect for us. Jami was so sweet and was very attentive to us. We were so impressed with how clean and organized the house was.the backyard was a big it with our kids and grandkids. That’s where we spent all our time. We would definitely go back! Thanks Jami! You made our stay so pleasant!

The property was amazing! We especially appreciated the back yard as that is where we spent a majority of our time while we were there. Th sleeping accommodations suited our party of 12 perfectly.
If there was anything better than the property, it was the experience of working with Jami. She was super flexible in working with us in changes as we got closer to our travel date. all 12 of us would definitely rebook with her in an instance if we happened to go back to the San Antonio area.

We had such a great time at this house! It has everything you can think of, and more!! We enjoyed the outdoor area, especially the pool. The home is total luxury, including the linens and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house- it was so nice and relaxing. It accommodated our family in so many ways and gave us all space from each other if we wanted it. We had two little ones with us and the pool was perfect for them- especially the shallow area and shaded areas to keep them from getting burned. The fenced in yard was also a plus to give us all that extra privacy and let little ones run around and play in the backyard. We loved the pickle ball and basketball court- it allowed us to bring small riding toys for our littles to play. Perfect location to get anywhere we wanted to go… and plenty of things to do- but to be honest we never wanted to leave the house it had everything we were looking for and wanting out of this vacation. All of my family loved this place so much and were so sad to leave- we all said we wanted to come back and stay again at this place!!

Brought my family to the countess house for a July 4th getaway and we were blown away by the house! My kids had so much fun in the pool and learning to play chess outside! The air hockey table had them busy for hours! All of the details of the house were clearly very thought out and the decor was STUNNING! The communication with the host was incredible and she answered all my questions and even helped me with some local activities. If you are looking for an incredible location to bring your family, countess house is it! We will absolutely be returning!

My family (6) and our uncle's family (4) shared this home for a 50th Wedding Anniversary weekend for family in San Antonio. The house was set up for absolutely everything from coffee bar to outdoor pool and games to sleeping arrangements. This house is so good, I almost don't want anyone else to know so we can stay when we come back to visit family :)

Rented this home for annual family vacation. The home was absolutely wonderful!! There was nothing we could have wanted or needed that wasn’t there. The home was well stocked with everything, there were instructions for all appliances, light switches everything! The owner reached out prior to check in, it continued everyday, she was always available. There is so much to do at this home, no one should be bored, my grands she’s 6-14 found plenty to keep them busy.
I highly recommend this rental, we will rent again while in San Antonio.

This is a well maintained home with everything you could need. It’s large enough to spread out yet not too big that you can’t move through easily. The hosts were phenomenal and were responsive with anything we needed. The house is well organized and thoroughly stocked with sunscreen to spices to pots and pans, and an ice maker and more. The decor is a traditional theme with a modern beach inspired eclectic charm. The pool and spa were absolutist perfect with a swim up bar that was fun and functional. There were a few minor items that need to be repaired but what you might expect with a rental. Overall, it was the perfect family style home with everything you could need. The location was convenient. The only item we did not like was the constant traffic noise from the road alongside the property, other than that the neighbors were all very quiet and friendly. I would highly recommend

We had a large group and accommodations were excellent.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and they even had some snacks for us upon arrival.
Beds were super comfy.
Pool and hot tub and all the outdoor activities made for non stop fun.

We stayed over President’s day weekend with our 3 kids and our Au Pair & had a fabulous time! The house is a great space with TONS to do for the family! We have a 9 month old as well and the house was equipped with everything you can possibly need for a baby! They had a high chair, two pack-n-plays with clean bedding as well. They have board games, books, puzzles and tons of amenities!
The owners were lovely and checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed and were quick to answer any questions we had. Can’t recommend this property enough!
The outdoor space is AMAZING! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in February & it was still great! The kids loved playing air hockey, outdoor chess, basketball & pickle ball. It’s truly a wonderful place & so close to Sea World & downtown. We can’t recommend it enough abd will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at a few Airbnbs but This was by far the best air bnb I’ve been to. On a scale of 1-10 I give it 20.
It was especially perfect for me because I wanted something that felt like home, but like a getaway. This house is packed with surprises, charm and luxury. You usually have to pick one or the other.
Also, i wanted a home that was great for hosting, since ppl were coming to celebrate with us for our 10 year wedding anniversary. And this house did not disappoint. Everybody was taken aback by the way Jami has thought of every single thing. They kept noticing new things that they hadn’t seen before and were just so impressed with all the amenities. All day, they were thanking me for introducing them to this place and telling friends about it, planning how they could use it in the future. That’s exactly the kind of response i love when i host.
I know I’m rambling about all the good but i cannot say enough. I Just cannot.
Our honeymoon glamping spot was unbelievable. It was my first impressive airbnb experience; but this house is beyond that!

This home is the perfect HOME away from home!! This home's layout allows for family gatherings and separated quiet sleeping areas away from late night owls (that being family members), ha, ha! The kitchen is fully stocked making it easy to cook and enjoy your time. The pool was heated and as the temperature dropped our family still enjoyed swimming (it was warmer in the pool than outside)! The owners we very responsive if we had a question and checked to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Will we be back - YES!!!

What a great home in a great location! The Countess House is clean, modern, comfortable, well equipped and well laid out. It has spacious bedrooms, good sofas, and a great bathrooms, and was very, very easy to rent.
Jami’s communication is superb – from immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to several messages during the stay to check everything was ok. And it is indeed very central – and a short distance to everywhere we had planned to go, which made it a very easy stay as a result!
The activities at the house are far above expatiation. The time seem to fly by.
This house makes you feel like you never what to leave. We will be back with other family members so they can also enjoy time at this house and location.

We were looking for a larger house for a family trip and this was perfect! There was plenty of space. The open eating/dining area made it easy for everyone to hang out inside, but you will not want to be inside! The backyard really is everything pictured. The pool, basketball court, pickle ball court, television, picnic table, fire pit, swings, hammock - I think I got most of it listed!! It was amazing and had something that appealed to all the different ages that were with us.
The house is really well stocked with all you need and very clean. Spices, dishes, plenty of dishes, towels, etc. The waffle maker with mix and maple syrup ready for us was a nice touch!
Jami was great throughout our trip. She helped us in every way possible to make our trip happen and make it memorable.
It is a costly rent - but if you have the number of people to fill all the beds it equals out. We will be traveling to San Antonio regularly over the next couple of years and hope to enjoy this home many more times! Thanks Jami!!!

This was not the cheapest house available, but I assure you, it was worth every single penny! Cannot think of one single negative thing to say. House floor plan was very cool and unique, the provided amenities were useful and of excellent quality - the backyard was just downright impressive! Our bunch had a great time!
