Close to attractions, in a quiet neighborhood. House has a fenced in back yard and was family and pet friendly.

The house had everything you needed and the location was quiet and convenient for us. It could use a more deep clean but it was adaquate. The soap/shampoo/conditioner was a nice touch and there were plenty of towels. Overall, we would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Communication was very easy and pleasant with Vacasa. Checking in and out was a breeze. We had everything we needed. The dogs and kid loved the big fenced in back yard. It was very close to Lookout Mountain and Downtown Chattanooga attractions. There was so much to do and explore. The house and the location were great.

I really enjoy the location of this house, as I spend a lot of time exploring the Chickamauga Battlefield with my dog and this is just minutes from there. Also, a short drive to downtown Chattanooga. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. My dog enjoys the freedom of having a fenced yard.

This was ok for the two nights we stayed. A few things were not so great, such as chipped plates. The dining chairs had stains with a hole in bathroom door. Bed sheets not fitting, with stains, broken blind and chairs. The location worked great for our outing to the Chattanooga Aquarium. We also appreciated being able to have our pet with us.

This property was perfect for our family weekend in the Chattanooga area. We loved the location - so close to everything we wanted to experience. The house itself was great - very clean, simple, organized. The furnishings were comfortable, the quiet neighborhood was quaint, and it was well-maintained. I highly recommend this location and would 100% stay here again!

We needed a place to stay while repairs were beginning at our home….Blue Mill House worked perfectly…. Clean, comfortable, nice quite neighborhood, close to our home and Vacasa was great to work with.

Property was comfortable. Easy access to main roads and into Chattanooga. Bedding and towels were excellent quality. Very good cable and internet access. Kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs. (Thank you for providing coffee filters! ) Having a fenced back yard for our pet was an appreciated plus. We found the neighborhood quiet. Property management was very responsive and did occasional checkins to ensure all was well. For the price, it would have been nice to have a hair dryer, Kleenex, some plastic wrap and/ or plastic food bags. Otherwise, we didn’t want for much and enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your home.!

We had a great time at the Blue Mill House. Great space to hangout with a quick drive to downtown Chattanooga. Would recommend!

We had a great stay and its was so relaxing! The neighborhood is very quiet. We were there on Saturday before Halloween, there was a big gathering happening a couple of blocks away at the main road (big enough they closed the road and detoured traffic) with trick or treaters walking the neighborhood and it was still quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly and wave.
The dart board was a nice touch and our family had a good time playing. Beds are comfortable. Individual toiletries were available. Management is extremely responsive and very attentive to anything that happens with the property that need remedied.
My fur babies loved the fenced in back yard and the covered back porch was nice during the rain.

We enjoyed this little getaway so much. My husband and I travel with two pups, the fenced in back yard is wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect, everything we wanted to do was only 15 to 20 minutes away. Communication with the property manager is phenomenal every question I had was answered right away, it was such a stress free vacation. We will most definitely be back!

The house was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the back porch and back yard. Spent most the time out there. Beds were comfortable the shower was great. Everything was great. The only think I could complain about the chairs are a little low for table, but it was all good. Thanks for having us glad we were able to find this place.

The house was super clean and well appointed. The linens were plenty and freshly laundered. Everything was in proper working order. Lastly, the property owner/manager was very communicative and accommodating.
