This condo was perfect for our family trip. Nicely decorated, very clean, roomy and open. Quiet, beautiful location close to all that Branson has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this condo! It was lovely and spacious. It would be really great to have curtains, blackout ones especially- the kiddos woke up so early because it was so bright in the rooms. And the pictures were not updated. We planned on the carpeted rooms to have a kid sleep on the floor. But the brand new hardwood floors are gorgeous, they just carry sound throughout the unit because the space under doors is big because it used to be carpet. It was lovely and exactly what we needed. We’d come back!

We had a good time, loved that we had a small “backyard” for our kids and dog to play, very short walk to the pool and short walk to the lake. My only complaint would be no curtains in the bedrooms as you can’t turn off the outdoor lights.

We loved the condo. It was very clean, and in a nice location, close to Branson. We appreciated the complimentary snacks, and that the property was stocked with supplies and toilet paper. The grassy patch and patio area was nice for our small dog. We were very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it for a safe, comfortable and great stay. It’s next to the lake so walking was fun and exploring the area. The patio was nice for reading or eating outside. Kudos to the owners for keeping the property so nice.

This was the perfect place to stage our trips. Bonus: there was enough space, seating, and bathrooms for our family of six. Everyone had a great time.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and the 3 bathrooms are great with a large group. Would have given 5 stars but the carpets are stained in several places and some of the furnishings need updating. But for the location and price it was good.

Our family of 10 stayed in the condo. It was just as the pictures showed, no surprises. I liked that the pool was right behind us. It was very convenient and allowed me to sit on the back porch and keep an eye on the grandkids. I love the gated community. We would definitely stay here again. No more hotels for our family. I have one minor suggestion just to make it easier for older people and those of us with bad knees….replace the toilets with ADA height. That is one of the main reasons my elderly mom never travels with us. Thank you for a great weekend.

Nice place to come that's not too far from home. Well stocked condo, close to the water for fishing, relatively quiet area. Easy access to Branson.

Property was very clean. Much more spacious than the pictures can portray. Great communication with the property manager. Nice quiet location to get away from the busy city center.

Sandy was very understanding considering VRBO listed the property as Handicapped Accessible when we set the search filter. And had reviews saying it was. Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate us after we learned that indeed it was not wheelchair accessible. Shame on VRBO.. Congrats to Sandy!

This is a yearly vacation for me, my two girls and granddaughters although this year 3 of my grandsons came. We loved the condo and had a wonderful time.

Everything went so well. The communication was superb. The house accommodated our family wonderfully. Our two daughters stayed in the one Queen bedroom. Our four boys stayed in the bunk beds in the one bedroom. We made most of our meals while we were in Branson and the house accommodated our family to a T. 🤗

Had a good stay in this 3BR, 3 bath house near Table Rock Lake. Clean and convenient near Branson. The patio grill was great for some burgers. The unit was wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful and comfortable retreat. We had some vehicle issues on the drive up and Sandy went above and beyond to help us.

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room and the kids loved the fact that we were right by the pool. They were very nice to work with and I know we will plan on staying there again in the future!

Wonderful accommodations for a family

This is a great property that is right by the pool so it was great for our kids. The BBQ area was nice for lunch while playing at the pool. The boat dock was just around the corner and easy access. We only wish the Branson Bay Marina had an overnight boat slip we could have rented but we rented one near by. This property is only a few minutes from the grocery store and any Branson activities. Overall it was a great place for our vacation. We would stay here again!

Looking for a nice, clean, and accessible lodging for my sister and I, our spouses, and our senior parents. The place was a delight, very clean, and we could drive up close to the front to no steps to the front door. We used the kitchen and enjoyed sitting on the back porch.

Our extended family stayed here for a long weekend and everyone loved it. Very clean and well-stocked. Great proximity to the pool. As long as you are aware this condo does NOT have a lake view, the location is perfect. Our only complaint was that the kitchen trash can was too small for the amount of guests, and only two extra bags were provided so we had to go buy more. We would definitely come back!

This was a girls trip Grandma and her 5 granddaughters, daughter and daughter in law. There was plenty of room for us and it was very CLEAN! The pool is right outside of the condo which was a plus. It’s a short 15 minute ride to the strip or Branson Landing. This was a perfect set up for us and we’ll stay again.

We are a family of 9. This condo was super roomy and had more than enough sleeping room. We loved everything about the condo. It was very inviting. We also loved that it was on the first floor since we have a child with a physical disability. Also loved that I could open the blinds and watch my other teens swim. DEF would recommend this place to everyone.

Sandy went above and beyond to help me with everything. My only disappointment was how the cleaning was not included in initial price on booking. We had any envelope for an extra $100 at check in. AirBNB spell it out when pricing units
