Comfortable and very clean condo. King size bed was great! Elevator was appreciated due to being on the 3rd floor.

I recently stayed at this beautiful, newer condo unit with my family. The property manager was very communicative throughout the process. Using the Latch App to access the building and unit was very easy. We especially liked the convenience of the location and could walk to the Co-Op, Bagel Works, or downtown Bozeman. The unit also has a parking spot in a lot behind the building.

Condo was very nice and as advertised, within walking distance, or easy drive, of many spots near the heart of Bozeman. Only real problem was the view from the deck. Of course, this isn’t the owner’s fault but … the ad showed green space but actually was noisy construction of new condos plus an active outhouse - yay! Morning coffee on the deck turned into an assessment of builders’ working habits rather than peaceful view. However, we made it entertaining. Pictures on ad should be updated to reflect reality. There were lots of other possibilities during this week, and small details, like deck view, drove our decision. A bit unfair. Washer/dryer was definitely helpful and kitchenware/appliances were all very good. All in all a good stay and we enjoyed the visit.

Bring your good walking shoes!! This is the perfect location your walking to restaurants, coffee, the campus, you name it!! The bed was sooooooooooooo comfortable. I loved the patio, left the door open one evening and it was perfect. Host was friendly and quick to answer texts; I had trouble with the app and he was gracious to get me access in a timely manner. Will be back!

My first trip to Bozeman and this condo was perfect. Walking distance to downtown, super clean and a great space to work remotely. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials (even spices!) and the view of the mountains from the balcony was a huge bonus. Mike was great to communicate with - would highly recommend staying here!

I enjoyed the property. It was comfortable and close to various amenities -- downtown, restaurants, grocery and food markets. The unit was clean and well equipped with kitchen items, and technology. I enjoyed the island seating for working and for eating. Parking was easy and convenient. The property manager was very responsive and provided clear and helpful instructions and directions. I would definitely return for a future stay.
