Loved the tall ceilings and view

Great light and pretty views. Lots of room for seven adults.

I chose this place for the ocean view, open floor plan, high ceilings and large wrap around balcony. It also sleeps a lot of people if you have a large group. It took quite a while to find the assigned parking spot. Finally found it underneath the Brandywine building all the way in the back. Found out later reserved parking is suspended until May so I could have parked a little closer. Then took another 20 minutes of carrying luggage around to actually find the condo. It is not actually in the Brandywine building but the building behind it. Do not go around and around the 2nd floor of the Brandywine like I did. Get off the elevator at the first floor then go behind the building. You'll have to go up a set of stairs to get to the condo. When we finally arrived at the condo, all the furniture from the huge balcony was stuffed inside the living room and kitchen and the hot water was turned off. While I understand they did that because of the storm, the weather had been nice for days prior to our arrival. Of course by then the office was closed. Spent a lot of money to stay there 2 nights and the first night was like staying in a storage unit and unable to take a shower. I called the next morning asking to check out an hour later and was told no. When I let them about the bad experience we had I was told they'll let the manager know and that was it.

Condo is as advertised - clean, comfortable beds, wonderful view, and convenient location. We would absolutely return. There is a full flight of steep stairs to get to the unit - it is not fully accessible and I think that should be made clear in the listing.

While the unit we rented was great, we will never stay in a Sea Colony rental again. Beach was incredibly overcrowded and parking is extremely inconvenient beyond the first spot. $47 amenity fee per person is outrageous unless you are a tennis or pickle ball player. Beach restrictions are unnecessary in the evening.

We had a terrific time staying at this condo. The place was clean, spacious and had terrific views. We'll be looking to stay in this same unit for our next trip to Bethany Beach.

This is a great place to rent for 2 families with a total of 5 kids (9 total when including 4 parents), it's essentially right on the beach, so it has easy and convenient access to the beach and pools! The kids all slept in the bunk beds, while the parents slept in the other 2 bedrooms. Very spacious and open, and the balcony is great for sitting and enjoying the morning or evening sounds of waves crashing on the beach. Will definitely look to rent this property again next year!
