House was as advertised. Clean. Comfortable.

I’ll start with the good. Home was clean and inviting, location on water front, stunning sunsets, two level deck all as described. Beds and linens were, clean and comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were beautiful. Over all great home, great location on the Cape to go wherever you want within an hour. I’ve been going to the Cape twice a year for probably 12 years. Love it there. I’ve always had good luck with renting. We are respectful and appreciative tenants. I had multiple issues with this rental. Here’s what when wrong. - Wi-Fi was changed prior to arrival. Username/password didn’t work. Took 4 hours on the phone and a local maintenance guy to fix. - hot tub locked up, could only access 3/4 of it-couldn’t swim in pond because of invasive plants-central air broke for 3 days, ceiling almost collapsed -listed boat was locked up-TVs worked poorly - dishwasher was broken-Management company extremely slow at responding Overall good location. House needs some maintenance. Vacasa is a poor management company with no real personal touch. Did not offer any compensation for our trip’s disruption. I will rent from private owners or smaller companies in the future. Someone I can call if there is an issue. I will not stay here again.

My husband and I spend a lot of time on the decks watching the water, birds, sunset and stars. Had one windy night with little white caps on the pond. The house is just right for a relaxing get away. Everything was clean and in working order. towels and sheets were provided. Close to beaches and restaurants. I would consider renting this property again

We loved the cottage. It was well appointed and nicely renovated. Kudos to the owners. It was comfortable and clean. The only item I want to put forward to the owners the is lack of closets. All closets were locked and marked "Private". I understand that this is used by the owners but there was nowhere to hang any clothes. Not even a hook. We had two special occasions during our stay and had dresses, pants and coats to hang, but nowhere to hang them. Things were strewn about the dining chairs. Just one closet on the main floor would have been a big help to make our stay a little better. Would that stop me from returning? No it wouldn't ... It is a beautiful cottage.

We loved the house, super clean, great space, and the view is amazing the sunset OMG so pretty. Overall 10/10
