The house was clean. We enjoyed the pool every day. All appliances and AC worked great. All the furniture is in good condition. Overall we had a great time at the house, and spent most of our 6 days at the house enjoying the pool and the nice family/Florida room for puzzles and games. We had issues with ants and cloudiness of the pool in first two days, and communicating in response to Vacasa texts was getting nothing accomplished. On the third day, I insisted on phone contact with local staff, and all got better very quickly. We were not having any problems with ants or cloudiness of pool the last 3 days. Should you have any concerns, immediately ask for contact with local staff. For me, Jordan and Christine were great to work with and very responsive getting someone to the house.

It was listed as a 3 bathroom, we only found 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioning didnt blow in one of the bedrooms. Giant waterbugs in the kitchen. The pots and pans in the kitchen are terrible. Overall this place wasnt a bad place, just needs a few chamges.

The home is quite comfortable and quiet, and it includes everything you could possibly need for a family holiday with kids and pets. The kitchen is modern with plenty of storage in the cupboards and smart appliances including dishwasher, big refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and two coffee makers for expresso and american coffee. The living area is roomy with a wide sofa and a Roku TV. With a large SONY TV, a gas grill, plenty of seating, and a screened patio, the pool area is a perfect place to spend time with kids and pets. Adventure seekers will adore the outdoor space, where two kayaks can be used to travel from the river to the sea. A deck and a firepit are available for entertainment. We visited Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches on separate days (30 minutes driveing), but we really loved our time at the house. We had eight adults, two kids, and two dogs. The next year, we intend to remain at this house for a whole week.
