We had a wonderful weekend in Littleton and loved being able to walk to Main Street. The house and yard are gorgeous -you will love it.

The property was very clean, the furnishings were nice, and there were great features like the kids’ room, the hot tub and outdoor patio, the heated master bath floor, and all of the rooms were well layed out and furnished. The only disappointment was that we experienced issues with all of the kitchen appliances - leaking fridge, 2 burners out, dishwasher wouldn’t run, and no toaster. That said, VRC was extremely quick to respond and resolved all issues the same day! The property is ideal for kids so having a small set of plastic plates and cups would’ve also been helpful. All in all, we’d definitely stay there again!

The house and yard area was perfect for our family. Two adult daughters, their spouses and three granddaughters with the oldest being 2.5 years, then ten months and nine months. Plus my husband and myself (grandma and grandpa). The layout of the house is conducive to a multi family setup with the separate area-kitchen included-downstairs. The access to downtown Littleton is wonderful. ❤️❤️❤️

The house is older, but in wonderful shape. 5 bedrooms and an open living space fit our group perfectly. There is no TV in the main living space which allows time for fellowship without extra noise. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The basement has 2 bedrooms with a family room/kitchenette and a bathroom. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was accurate and close to the downtown area. Cute place and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this property with a group of working DJs who all needed downtime and rest in between sets during a dance marathon. I especially appreciated the layout of the house which gives guests lots of privacy in the spacious bedrooms. The hosts were communicative and sent a tech out right away when we noticed the hot tub wasn't hot. Would recommend this stay!

The kitchen is full of utensils and pots/pans that need to be replaced. Overall, a deep clean is required beyond what the normal cleaning staff provides. The bedroom with loft beds is ok for older children but I didn’t feel safe with young kids on such high beds. I coordinated with the management company and they were professional.

This home is really a great place to stay! Hot tub was the highlight, and the kitchen was perfect for our big family! Unfortunately, the beautiful home needs a good scrubbing but wasn't anything horrible. Doors and the kitchen/bathroom drawers are filthy. No Dishcloths to wipe down the counter/table, one hot pad (I burned myself because of this) no DW pods, no trashbags (had to drive two miles to get some, spent $13 and then left them there accidently (You're welcome :)), no squidgy for the shower. The floors and bedding were clean. Overall, it was the perfect setting for our family and would definitely rent the VRBO again. Beautiful historic neighborhood!

Excelent experience that went without any issues

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon after looking for a nice place with a hot tub that didn’t break the bank - this was absolutely perfect!

The teenagers were a little old for the bunk bed room but it would be very cute if you had little kids. Location was perfect. Short walk to Littleton and an even shorter walk to a recreation building which my kids used everyday for swimming and working out. They also went skiing in Breckenridge which wasn't a far drive. Plenty of bathrooms, showers and privacy I would defiantly stay here again. Very quick response time with any questions I had.

The trash was still piled up from the previous users outside. There was only 6 towels for 8 people. No towels for the spa, the bath jets were not clean, lack of laundry supplies and dish washing supplies. We had to go to target to get cheap towels! The pots and pans can use updating. Overall, its a great space for 2 families with preteens.

Summary: The place had not been cleaned when we arrived. The management company understood the significance of the mistake and immediately worked towards fixing the situation , but still at significant inconvenience for our guests and us. They provided a partial refund too. However, We all had to find something to do that evening while the place was cleaned. We already endured a 7 hour car ride with two 2 year olds and a 4 year old and my elderly parents also had a long road trip, it killed the dinner we had planned that evening which included local family. The management company said they’d send three cleaners but only two arrived, they said the kitchen would be the first to get cleaned (so to help with our plans), but it was not. Then, later that night my 4 year old emerges from the basement with a mostly finished bottle of liquid THC beverage… I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed. The house had much kid stuff (toys, books, etc) and the bunk beds that were greatly appreciated. The “coffee maker” takes pods but if you bring ground coffee there was a French press. If there was a “toaster” we couldn’t find it. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working for any of us either (same with propane for fire pit). The kitchen needs someone to organize it, items were seemingly everywhere and finding a pan that wasn’t unappetizingly crusted with multiple uses was a challenge. I had challenges with the app the management company sort of required me to use as well. In short it didn’t seem like I work correctly until the last day. Of course I didn’t realize this until all of the information became available on the morning of checkout (the welcome message, the check out message, where to put trash, conflicting checkout tasks etc.) We splurged on what we thought was a high end place (and it could be). The stay was… adequate, but if I was the owner of the property I’d be extremely unsatisfied with how the management company is running the rental. I’ve paid much less for a much higher experience.

This place had some cute updates but there were some things that just weren't right. There were not enough towels for each person staying, the floor wasn't swept and there were long black hairs everywhere. The downstairs bathroom had hair on it. I'm not sure who was in charge of cleaning but it felt like it was half-assed. There was no firewood for the fireplace outside. We found only two to three towels for use for the hot tub. Each bathroom required squeegee use but there was only one squeegee for all the bathrooms. The second bathroom upstairs didn't turn off completely. In the master bathroom the floor flooded because the drain was clogged with hair and a bunch of funk. The plugs in the master bathroom didn't stay in the wall and kept falling out so to use the hair dryer we had to hold it in place. The stairs leading downstairs are very slick and my father almost fell down. The dishwasher didn't work the entire time and was full of musty water. The breakers for the top room and Wi-Fi kept shutting off and we had to manually turn them on and move the routers. There were four empty canisters for the fireplace so we had to buy an extra canister but the property manager said she would reimburse me. The back porch was filthy and the table was covered in thick dust like it wasn't cleaned. We had to use a concrete rake for snow shoveling the snow on our paths. Overall we were very disappointed for the price we paid for this property.

We had a great time at this property despite having issues with the internet (we didn't have any the whole stay) and no propane for the fire pit. The location is great for a quiet weekend away.
