We really enjoyed our stay at your property. It was impeccably clean and a great, quiet location. We were very comfortable, the hosts were friendly, great with communication and checking in on us. They had everything we needed to be comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I just had a great stay here in Payson at Thunder Mtn. The backyard views are wonderful we enjoyed a lot of time sitting out on the patio. The home is cozy and comfortable and decorated so nice. Everything is nice and new. We will definitely be coming back again to visit.

So enjoyed the feel of country although close to town. The home was very well equipped with everything you could need. The owners were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to return in the future.

We rented the home for a month for my parents. They were hoping for a wam Arizona February but it snowed several times! They enjoyed the home and amenities. They reported everything was clean and nice. The owners were very accommodating, responsive and helpful with any questions or issues that arose during their stay.

This property definitely met all of our needs. There was plenty of room for us, great location and a very quiet area. We really enjoyed spending time of the patio mornings and evenings. William and Jodi were very easy to work with and extremely accomodating! We will definitely use this property again in the future.

Owner has GREAT communication from the moment you book your stay. Place is BRAND NEW BUILD. Everything was well stocked, dishes, pans, silverware, etc. We only used the master bedroom and bed was very comfortable. Living room furniture was also new and very comfortable. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable as we'd spend our mornings and evenings outside enjoying the view. Host has a brand new grill and we used it too. Host also had all kinds of spices available, as well, which was totally awesome (most places only have salt/pepper) Can't wait to go back again, when we're ready for our next little getaway from the valley.
