Location location and it was quiet.

The bedroom had just enough space to wriggle around the bed to get out, no chair or pictures very bare. The water heater in the bedroom made it very warm at night. There was no bench space in the kitchen area to prepare a meal. There is an Induction cooking top and a small counter space with 2 wooden boxes and utensils. A kettle and coffee pod machine fill the rest of the top so we had to use half of the washing machine top as our prep space. Because of placement the washing machine is actually in the lounge area. The dishwasher didn’t accommodate the size of plates provided same for the 2 wine glasses. The ironing board is a tiny 60cm table top one so when needed we had to clear away the small dining table (and move the 2 chairs) 1mtr to where the power point was. Also there was no dustpan / brush or vacuum so when a spoonful of sugar accidentally was dropped there was nothing to clean it up with. Car parking spaces are for small cars.

location was fantastic. walking distance from Salamanca and the city as well as battery point restaurants.

Location is walkable to the CBD, the suite is clean and tidy. Kitchen is decently equipped. Car park in front of the property

1) The staff only wrote sent standard messages like checkin checkout instructions, but never reply the my questions. 2) My suite was a bit small. 3) The glass door located right beside the path to the other suits so it is a bit lack of privacy.

Well equipped apartment in Battery Point in the centre of Hobart and a few minutres walk from Salamanca Place. Very well equipped with plasma screen TV, good wifi, and a walk in shower. There is off street parking available, and tables and chairs for sitting outside.

Nothing to dislike - all good

Great location, easily accessible to Battery Point and the harbour. Full kitchen and washing machine facilities.

The bed was a bit unsupportive but ok for a short stay.

great quiet location within 10min walk to other areas such as Salamanca (noting it requires walking up a hill). Our room had nice views. It was very handy having a washing machine and there was a good supply of washing powder along with toiletries etc. I found we had everything we needed supplied which is helpful.

The bedroom is a little tight, both my partner and I kicked our toes on the edges of the bed when manoeuvring around to open/close the blinds. The mattress feels like it might need replacing as it was a bit saggy but this could just be the type of mattress and I do have back issues so am more prone to noticing mattresses than most travellers.

we didn’t like that we had to pay for the privilege of staying there, then we had to take our own garbage out. this is not normal practice for good quality accommodation. the shower did not have a stand for shampoo or soaps. the hooks were cheap plastic and kept falling off.

The location was ideal to walk to Salamanca market and historical surrounds. Walk to city centre was also doable.

Parking was a little tight when near capacity
