Staff behaviour not good, specially manager in reception, I want to do contact yearly but after behaviour of your manager not happy. Regarding this discuss with your Head Mr dogra but still not get any satisfaction reply.

Everything except they do not accept UPI and at the time i reached there l card machine was not working and i was not having cash, so i had to go ATM to bring them cash.

one of your receptionist and staff mentality is so poor. we have to extend our stay for one more day and the last day we are going outside for urgent work and what happened your staff person is just following us and tell pay for extended one day and pay your remaining bills this so disgusting things anyways our all luggage is in our room and we say we are paying when return back to hotel

Breakfast was good. It had only vegetarian options, this must be noted. Serving staff was really hard working and courteous.

Noises from adjacent rooms could be certainly distracting for guests...
